When will other departments such as DPD recieve New Script Skin Priveleges?

Also, who is the chief, and who are the captains, of DPD?

DPD officers get to use cop skins once they are full officers. But, old officers might have to reapply to show that they are still interested of ARPD. I am not 100% sure..

I wonder how it is in your case, you're in Solonik if I am right? Isn't that a crimedoing mafia? Being a officer of ARPD and member of a mafia which does crimes same time isn't very good since you most likely have to fight against your own family while you are on duty.

DPD doesn't have a chief right now.
Andre is DPD captain, but from what I have understood, he's almost same as chief, but with captain rank. Ofc I am not sure about this, but thats how it is in LSPD atleast. (Luca)

i was in [FS] in vice city which i turned into a cop do good gang bt then every1 left i just kept the tag lol
