How long have you played as a cop: [I cant remmber but it was a long time]

Are you able to use TeamSpeak (no microphone needed):[I can but i dont know how lol]
Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above):[no]
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired?[....]
Had an previous application that go rejected? (add link to old application):[I didnt have a other application]
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department:[To help and protect]

and how can u play a year and not have a license? seems unlikely...
but u have to have a license to be a cadet anyways. so i advise you get one.
i myself am an AVDS Trial Examiner so i could give u the lessons if u want.
but i do have this strange feeling that you are lying about playing a year...

EDIT: Did some reaserch and i was looking at your post on the argo forums.
first u were banned in march, you applied for a drivers license 3 times.
once in may and u said u been playing 4 months.
once in june and u said u been playing 6 months.
and once today and u said u beem playing a year.

so...are you lying about ur playing time?
from this, i think so...
