I'd like to join you again because i want my old job back, and it's something i can handle good. About resignating again - What can i say that it won't happen again, i promise, If the situation won't need it. Noone knows what may happen and what may not.

So, why do you think it changed. But, as you resigned because being inactive, those questions are not needed.
