Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above): Yes
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD,yes

Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department: I want to join SAPD, cause of the high criminal rate, there are too many criminals, and I would like to Help SAPD, to make the streets more safe and be apart of the great teamwork organisation

i am playing this game for many months cause i love this server and i want to all players love this server and someone need help so i can help.

i know u all r good admins i will be accepted thanks to all players and admins.

Why should we /su ppl for speeding or wreckless driving, if we can stop him and give him ticket??

I agree 50percent with Malcolm, he need to learn, but he already made a lot of mistakes.
