I was thinking : How come police members in dont get trough police academy? Why dont admins make a building somwhere in LS , SF, LV or Area 69 that will be the police academy. There will be cadets , higher ranks and all sorts of stuff. It will be cool to RP there + the police will learn not to kill suspects in PD when they are getting their sentance :cop: :cop: :cop: . Anyone who is with me feel free to say it

There used to be an academy through ARPD actually.. The Sheriff's Division will be opening up their own academy within the next few weeks, which will be open to all Law Enforcement.
-
when can i learn the rules and stuff to do the test? for SAST
-
SAST is a subdivision. Ask the leaders of it. As for ARPD testing and rules, it is posted around the forum in various places, not to mention some rules are unwritten that you will eventually learn out on the streets through experience.

The previous Official Police Academy where cadets would go to take their lessons has been closed due to the reform. Several of the Trainers however are still able to give trainings to cadets and Head Trainers (Myself and Bianconneri) are allowed to give officer exams to cadets. Best thing for you to do however is to study by yourself the codes, laws, procedures, map knowledge, driving skills and shooting skills. Examiners will then contact YOU when they think you are ready, not you contacting them. The one thing I hate is when cadets keep asking for the officer exams, this attitude will NOT accelerate your process to becoming an officer but will put it on hold.
Officers, Senior Officers and Sergeants can recommend cadets who they think are ready to receive the officer exams to Examiners. So as I have said before, study by yourself and understand what you are studying about because it is your responsibility not ours to teach you. One other way to study the codes, laws etc2 is to ask for trainings or tips from other Officers. The most important thing is however is for you to get field experience for yourself because you may be rich in theory, and skills but your experience and I mean actual field experience in doing cop duties is very low which is quite a shame. You also need to be able to "think outside the box" because in the field most of the times not everything is covered by the "police manual". Also in the end it is you who will be taking the exam and it will be yourself who determines whether you can become an officer or not so take the initiative starting from now.
