How long have you played on Argonath RPG: Around 3 to 3 1/2 months
How long have you played as a cop: I started out by solely playing a cop for a month or so, took a break but have resumed to duty for a couple of weeks now.
Are you a United States of Argonath Citizen (do you have a passport)?: Yes
Have you got a driver license? Yes
Have you read "SAPD Police Procedures" topics? Yes I have. However, I'm not used to the codes listes. Though I usually update the radio in clear English. I have now obtained a print out of the codes and will be making full use of them IG.
Are you able to use TeamSpeak (no microphone needed): Yes, although I do not have a microphone. I have used this previously when patrolling.
Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above): No
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired? N/A

Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department: Right ((I feel an essay comming on :P ))
I started of the server as a cop and always admired the way in which officers operated. I had the intention of applying earlier like most applicants but thought it was best if I learnt all the procedures correctly before applying. I recently left my crime group in search of different roleplay situations and I feel that joining the ARPD provides just that along with a resepctable clan.
I have enjoyed freecop duty up to this point despite the verbal abuse from mind-numb players and have participated in various situautions including traffic stops, jailing, chasses, kidnapps and a bank robbery. I feel that I have prooved myself by obeying higher ranks and approaching dangerous situaution logically. I feel that I'm ready for cadet rank and i think that I would make a good addition to the force.
I want to progress my rank solely for RP purposes. I feel that freecops are somewhat restricted to RP as with the Zombie RP yesterday ((officers +only allowed :'( )) and a lot of players stereotype them for abuse which results in a lot of players unwilling to RP a jail sentence or negotiate.

I am now familiar with the codes and have been using them. I don't know if this helps but I was also approached and invited by "[SASD]Shawn_E" to make an application to SASD. As I said, im not too sure if this helps as I don't know the relationship between ARPD and the SASD. ((Someone point me to an area were I can find out more about SASD please))

Not to be rude or impatient but why is this taking so long? I am on cop duty regularly and am active. I do what is asked of me by seniors and update my radio when necessary with the correct codes. I also try to follow the correct procedures when dealing with criminals.
If patrolling with me would help make a decision, I'd be happy to arrange a couple of evenings :)

Application has been accepted to San Andreas Police Department.
You will be observed during your time on duty on occasions unofficially to attain suitability to become an officer (it is unlikely you will be aware of some of this as we use cover names too!).
Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime. This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.
You are NOW a Police Cadet and are expected to work in a manner to show respect to both the general public, other SAPD members and Federal services.
Remember we will contact you, not the other way round for Examens/final test.
IMPORTANT! Reply 1 time each week in your application how it's going or if you have any question so you don't risk get rejected from SAPD due lack of interest, it's your responsibility to show activity not ours.
Contact any Captain and above for in-game badge!
