Yes, in fact: i was rejected before i think it was for the /su abuse here is the link:http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=34&topic=6245.0 there is allso one where i was rejected for the "lack of interest".
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department: i would like to join the pd to be able to bring justice to the streets of argonath, and have an honor to call myself a legal member of the pd.

From now on (25/10/2009) all applications with the wrong topic name (SAPD: <name>) will be rejected without any warning!
There is no discussion, it's clearly stated that the topic name should be "SAPD: <name>". It's your responsibility to read the rules, not ours!
