Go here (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?board=41.0) to apply for cadet rank. Don't forget to read the stickies first though!

Yes, you need to be officer to receive undercover rights. Becoming an officer, doesn't mean you automatically get those rights!

Good luck.

Undercover (UC) Rights are given to trusted Officers who have been offered the ability, and is only temporary.

If you want to do mostly undercover work, you want to apply for the FBI.

As stated - READ THE STICKIES FIRST.. If you read them, then this is a stupid question... Go read them!

Everyone else has pretty much covered this.
But, all the same, you will have to apply for a position in the force before you can move up.
The best place to start would be to of course, send in you application after you are satisified with all the guidelines and procedures.

Best of luck!
