Seen him enough patrolling the weed fields, but that's not enough, you need to start working on radio with the fellow officers, responding to calls also ;)

Patrol Summary:
I have patrolled with him over a hour today. This Free Officer knows his laws, 10-codes, locations, proper police procedures and has shooting skills. I have known him for about 2 weeks and he has done very well. He is very mature, he follows all server rules and never has caused any trouble or problems.
Training areas covered: Driving, Shooting, 10-Codes, Locations, Radio Usage, Proper Police Procedures, San Andreas Laws
General RP: 9/10
Police communication and codes: 8/10
SAPD Laws and General Behavior: 10/10
Driving: 9/10
Shooting:9/10
Crime Investigation and Arresting suspects. 8/10

Notes/ Suggestions: Even though you have a general idea of everything, print out the San Andreas Map and Locations and print out a list of 10-codes and use it until you memorize them. While you are sitting around the house doing nothing, or riding down the road, study and memorize your locations and 10-codes. Even though you already know them, studying will do no harm. Keep up the good work. I am very Proud!
