Are you able to use TeamSpeak (no microphone needed): no
Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above): no

Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department: i want to get ranked up. its boring as freecop and i wanted to be cadet so much. i think its more interesting !

Do it again and you'll have to wait 2 months before you may reapply again!

He ment, that if you will make another application now, then you will have to wait 2 months.
Just keep this topic and you will be fine.
If you still make new application(topic), then all your applications will be rejected and you will have to wait 2 months, when you can re-apply.
