Tsubo, piece of advice love. Don't bump the application constantly. Just keep updated with it, be on cop duty and post what you've done through-out a weeks work process. For example:
Tsubo's Weekly Police Report:
- Arrested 7+ people
- Busted 3+ people for illegal narcotics
- Did several traffic stops
- Trained and learned with officers+
And if you do stuff like that, it'll be alot easier, and people that you work with (cadets, or officers+) can reply on your application saying stuff like this:
"I worked with Tsubo today, and he did exceptionally well,
I believe he'd be a great cadet and future officer.
I think he is ready whenever the command staff is ready.
Consider him for the future of Argonath."
Now they may not say something exactly like that but close enough to what someone would say to get you accepted into cadet, and then once you're accepted into cadet Officers+ can start training with you full-time, and place reports of your work while with them. The process goes a lot quicker without "bumps" on the page.
