Well why the server no one join i alway alone :neutral: and i already upload the video on youtube to ask people to join well still lonely so cold alone like ghost town

Exactly what are you talking about? If you're trying to promote another server here, let me just advise you that that is against the rules. ;)

On Argonath RPG there is always people online as far as i know!? If you want to get more people more active in your specific time zone i would recommend you to make a topic on www.argonathrpg.eu/forum since that's the place where all community members do read about he Argonath RPG server :cop:

I believe he is talking about VC:MP.
Well my friend, to answer your question, and im sure someone could answer it better then me. It's because they are still developing their new scripts and whatnot. They are hoping that more people will come after they are finished. I myself usually like to play a little Vice City here and there, but I'll only join if I see others in there.

Well it is just a bit inactive, hopfully it will get more active soon.
