How long have you played as a cop:  about 1/2 of all spawns during these 2 years
Have you read the VC:MP related guides in Police Procedures board: yes
Are you able to use TeamSpeak (no microphone needed): yes
Why do you want to join Vice City Police Department: I want to invest my energy in fighting criminality in VC, organizing/taking part in ARPD operations, improving ARPD work. Work in ARPD is also great RP experience.

Definatly advise VCPD to accept him as he was Deputy Chief on MTA:VC before he went inactive, but now that he is back to Argonath, he will be a great addition to ARPD-VC:MP. :D
