Good to be Cadet but one thing is for sure, He doesn't listen to Officer's order. If he gets an advice he keeps on butting around.

Good luck in the Future, I expect to get a nice change on your attitude

Note : if you get an advice you listen to it, Not making it to a trouble

Wait a little longer, you do not have a positive behaviour that the SAPD would benefit from.

By not following orders you refuse to co-operate. We strive to have good co-operation between our officers and we want them to listen to command.
This brings professionalism.

You refusing to listen to an ARPD staff member only shows you were stubborn...

That captain was ordering free officers around, he is not allowed to do that, as a free officer i was defending them...

If you have an active SAPD application, then its best to act your best.

And, I don't care what the regulations say. Worldlife, if a high ranking SAPD member gives you an order, especially a Captain, then you do it. No if, and, or buts.

Isn't it said in the ARPD rules that SAPD has NO authority WHATSOEVER over Free Officers, i followed his orders because i had an application but i was defending the other free officers that were flamed and treated like they were nothing..

And i was defending my friend that was demoted from officer to cadet without a reason...

That attitude will not get you Cadet sir.

Your high failure to comply will led to your possible second demote
You are not a fighter for human rights , if you want to survive in this job you must put your life in other mans hand and team work is the main key
If he is a Captain, then he has that rank for a reason ,which means he preformed his job as an officer thoroughly and excellent ,as Kenney told , no "but" or "if"

As Dpt. Chief Austin said, Following orders in a right way from higher rank officers brings professionalism, that's what SAPD is looking for. Good luck.

While you have an app for SAPD, you will be treated as a member of the SAPD, as any actions you do on duty can and will be held against you in your application, and abuse of police powers or disrespecting higher ranks will get you punished.
