Observation report 25/1/2009:

This player has shown impatience and a negative attitude more then once. I would recommend that the applicant shape up his attitude toward other people!
Remember, Badandy, that the police process takes some time from free officer to cadet and so on. Have patience and work hard and you will be rewarded appropriately.

Signed,

Officer Nick "Kirby" Jonas

Badandy, learn to take patience in your job and take it more serious. Shouting "COMPLY OR ILL CAP YOUR ASS" in main chat isn't professional at all..

Wait So Badandy has Been here 1 Year now wait I looked at your other application you kept changing your time from 4 months to 6 months and that was in September and Someone deleted a lot of posts on your old application. One other thing I haven't been here 1 year yet and I checked the forums you have 80 logged hours under this name which was the same one since September. So I might be jumping to conclusions but this means
1. You haven't been here 1 year
2. You are not on every day and possible not that active

Good Luck
Senior Officer. Jimmy Bowling

P.S.I'm just trying to get this clear because of what happened last time.

Traffic Stop Test
I was just patrolling around LS until Badandy ask. "Am I a good cop?" Anyway that was my question of the day. Well, I told him lets do a traffic stop. Here is the first pictures.

During the traffic stop, I was role-playing an old man. Anyway, I know this officer did he best on keeping me right there, but you never asked for license and registration. You asked, "Why were you speeding." I said that my hearing aid wouldn't work. Which the good thing about it that you said it wasn't an excuse. Which it wasn't. Anyway after that little deal there. You just gave me a ticket right there on the spot, so you did miss the license and registration. It is important that you ask for the license and check things on the computer and all.
Also check this site right here it will help you out alot if you haven't.

Traffic Stop 2

This Freecop asked me if he could take it again, so I let him. I was rping like an old man and all of that. First of all, I will say I was probably over doing the "Huh?", but I was just trying to see if you could figure if you could try something else than yelling. The first thing about this is great that you asked for my license and registration this time, but you never told me what I did. When you gave me the ticket for speeding, I was like "what"? Make sure you tell them what they did before or after the license then go to your car and check on things. Anyway, the next test was seeing how well you do when someone interferes. I understand that is the hardest part when you have an old man that can't think and someone interferring. At a one man job, I think you did alright. You need to also, kind of, get rid of the force role-play. Like "/me grabs bag" but nevers asked in ooc "/em Success?", so I would kind of cut that because what if I had it down my pants? That was another test to see how well you did, as well.

The final part the score. Overall, I think you did alittle better than last time but I think you need to put those bits and peices together, so as of right now. I think that you got a 4/5.

Overal: 4/5

TinMan

Pursuit Test/Investigation and Arresting Suspects
Yea today since there was 6 players on and Badandy and I was like the only ones on. We did a pursuit training and I will give him 5/5. Then I did an RP investigation and jailing suspects; 5/5 because it seems like he knows the laws and knows what to do. I tested him almost everything out of the book that suspects will do. I think that this guy deserves Cadet.

Work on your activity a bit...

Congratulations! Your application has been accepted to the San Andreas Police Department Cadet Program!
You will now be observed ingame and on the forums while you're on duty and we will be making our final decisions based on these observations, so always act professionally.

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if it's what you want.

You are NOW a Police Cadet and are expected to work in a manner to show respect to both the general public, other SAPD members and Federal services.

Remember! We will contact you, not the other way round for your Exam.
You may contact any Officer+ to give you official cadet training. Don't forget to ask them to post your results in your topic!

IMPORTANT!! Reply atleast 1 time each week in your application how it's going or if you have any question so you don't risk get rejected from SAPD due to a lack of interest. It's your responsibility to show activity not ours.

Contact any Captain and above for in-game badge!

Good luck and welcome to the steps to Officer..Good luck!

Signed,
Giac Junior

Cadet Training Test

Cadet name:Badandy
Training/ Patrol date:Saturday, March 27, 2010
Patrol Summary: I was patrolling with him for an hour, he is good at it and I enjoyed it. We took down alot of suspects and arrested a few.
Training areas covered: (Eliminate as necessary)
General RP: 5/5
Police communication and codes: 2/5
SAPD Laws and General Behaviour: 5/5
Driving: 5/5
Shooting: 5/5
Crime Investigation and Arresting suspects: 5/5

Notes/ Suggestions:
This Cadet is good just needs to know codes. He failed to answer like all of the codes, I recommend you to study. Other than that I tested him at Driving, Shooting, Crime Investigation, SAPD Laws and General Behavior, and General RP which he did very good at it. Also answer you answers in Confidence. This Cadet shows that he can do good at the field. Just study them and I will give you your Codes Test  in two more days which would be Tuesday.

Re-take Codes: 4/5

Just a few days ago he didn't know like any of them, but after practicing he got to where he can name most of them. He still needs to get better at them, and not turning them around. I think once you keep it up you'll do good during exam.
Title: Re: SAPD: Badandy

Well, that explained why he was pming me in game asking to re-take codes test. Tinman you don't need to test cadets though you just need to train them. Show them how to use the codes if they don't know. Well great job cadet keep up the good work.

Sincerely,
Senior Officer. Jimmy Bowling
