Name: Frederik Cortez (( [AV]F_Cortez[CS] ))
Position: Senior Officer
Department: Los Santos Police Department
Description: I am here-by quiting SA-MP. Not for good, there is a possibility I will be online once in a blue moon. However, after taking a break from SA-MP a few weeks ago, it gave me the opportunity to sit back, relax and just think about my life. I've noticed that I've gotten really attached to SA-MP over the last couple of years, and it's become something that I will always look forward to doing everyday, until a few months ago. I've gotten really bored of SA-MP as let's face it, playing the same thing over and over almost everyday for around 3 - 17 hours a day for the past 2 years gets a bit repetitive, and ends up in pretty much seeing all there is. With this, I bid you guys farewell, and I will miss these days of playing SA-MP. My screenshots are one thing I'll always try to keep, as they will serve as memories of how much fun I used to have.
I never thought a game would have such a great impact on my life, but surprisingly it does. I would also like to let you guys know that one of the reasons I've become a bit tired of SA-MP is because of the many positions I hold in-game, it makes it more like a job than actually a game. What I mean is I end up sacrificing my time to do many other things for the betterment of the experience for other people, and end up with little time for myself. Don't get me wrong though, it does not mean that's why I quit. It's just one of the tiny factors that helped me in my decision.
I'd like to thank everyone, I'm not really going to pinpoint anyone from the crowd. However, I love all of you guys - as a brother, no gayness here - and I'll truly miss you guys. To those of you who would like to keep in contact with me, that's fine. You can find me on MSN at [email protected]. Sad to see that my days are up, and I never though I'd quit SA-MP. I thought I'd be the last man to ever be playing it, but I guess that's not going to happen. At least now I'll have more time on my hands for other things, which would be more productive. SA-MP has taught me alot though. It has taught me alot about life, and how things work. It has also broaden my knowledge vastly and matured me a bit. It's amazing, and it may sound like I'm talking a bunch of nonsense, but it's true.
So, I won't make this too long, although it is already longer that I expected. Much longer. So, I'll see you guys around, and feel free to add me on MSN if you'd like to keep in touch with me. Thanks for all the great times, and I really didn't want to leave due to the many friends I have here, but I got to do what I got to do. Good-bye to all, and remember: One love, one heart, one people.
Oh, and by the way, you can continue to expect me to DJ on Argonath Radio every now and then, so that's one thing you guys can look forward to. ;) Adios mi amigos.

i know how you feel with that, it seems like you have to be online then and then, and you have to do this and that every day,
as you say, its a job, you dont do it out of fun but because you must do it
sad to see even more going, i hope you can give time to your own life and that it roles good
good luck!

Glad you can relate to what I'm saying. As for my personal life, I do hope so too, and after taking a break from SA-MP for a few weeks, I've realised that I seem to be a bit less depressed and things are starting to fall into place. So, I think this decision is for the best. Best of luck to you as well Bianconeri. :)

Thanks guys, specially Jake. Love you like a brother man. Will miss you, as well as everyone else. I'll continue to hang out in Ventrilo if I'll be allowed to. Good luck to everyone in their future, and I may just pop in-game once in a blue moon. Goodbye to all, much love. Remember: One love, one heart, one people.

Good Bye, Fred

People are leaving, therefore other people are coming. We should never forget those who left but we should also welcome the new officers and establish a good relationship as those were with the retired officers.
Good luck Frederick.
