Title: The Chief of San Andreas Police

I removed the arguing topic about who is whom...

The SAPD Chief of Police - Luca_Scalise...
And all decisions about ARPD on SA:MP are in his directory... He is in charge to organize the police work of all departments, and the one who can control his work and suggest things: Legolas, Kaltsu, Gandalf and Aragorn...

Kaltsu resigned from ARPD leader... And on R* clan meeting was taking a decision that we need Kaltsu on new servers and TS organization more, then on ARPD role...

Kaltsu can control SAPD as developer (in developer team) but not affect the ARPD work himself personally... If he does not like the work of current Police Chief Luca_Scalise - he can put the discussion on developers forum...

I am sad that Kaltsu resigned, but i feel that Luca is the eight guy to lead the ARPD. Perhaps he will bring some new ideas into the departments.
