Title: Jurisdiction Rule -_-

ok i know it for good RP and that DPD should stay in country, but man we have absolute jack all to do! there are harldy ever criminals in Country, SF and LV, i know you must ask permission, i did today and a cop (cant remember name) said "no you are DPD, you stay in the country!" and all the suspects are in LS and all we wanna do is help but we cant, anyway i know this probably wont change anything byt, meh  :(

I don't understand why was told NO to you if none criminal were on your territory  :neutral:
