How long have you played as a cop: well, like my first 3 and a half weeks
Are you a United States of Argonath Citizen (do you have a passport)?: Yes
Have you got a driver license? Yes
Have you read "SAPD Police Procedures" topics? Yes
Are you able to use TeamSpeak (no microphone needed): Yes
Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above): No
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired?
Had an previous application that go rejected? (add link to old application): No
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department: Well, I want to serve SA as a cop in SAPD and I really would like to help people

Tickets, kills, arrests, warnings, investigations, patrolling report, Things responded to, ETC! Just everything you did! Show that you really want to be in SAPD :D
