The Academy will have heavy emphasis on Role Play
Part of being in ARPD is providing the most superior service of Law Enforcement as possible. A main complaint is the inability to Role Play by ARPD. Our Academy will have heavy emphasis on role play, and those who cannot provide good role play will be failed.
The Academy will not be quick and easy
The ARPD Academy requires you to be a Cadet for a minimum of 1 month, even if you quickly complete all 10 Sessions.
The Academy has structured guidelines, policies, and regulations
All 10 sessions require a minimum of 2 hours of instruction minimum. Instructors will be watched strictly, and Cadets will be expected to stay on top of their training. Instructors and Cadets will not be allowed to go inactive for more than a week without proper notice.
