VCPD | Reinstatement Policy
« on: December 07, 2017, 14:16:33 pm »

Our duty, your life

Any former officer of the Vice City Police Department who was honorably discharged (resigned or otherwise removed without a punishment) may request a reinstatement to their previous positions in the VCPD, and if not available or possible, to any closest position to the one previously held. This applies to Officers who served with a clean name and were dedicated to VCPD. Please do note, however, that filing a reinstatement request does not neccessarily mean you will get reinstated.

Requirements for a reinstatement:
1. Officer must have held a rank of VCPD Officer or above. Former cadets cannot be reinstated into the academy and will need to re-go through the application proccess again if they want to return.
2. Officers who were previously reinstated but then resigned again loose their right to reinstatement.
3. Officers who are known to be inconsistant with their decisions will not be reinstated.
4. Officers who were fired cannot be reinstated.

How to get reinstated?:
Simply fill in an application like anyone else would, but tag the application title with [REINSTATEMENT]. Your application will be proccessed as a reinstatement request.
