Title: S.A.P.D. Police Academy Reformation!

The SAPD Training Academy is going trough some changes!
We promote Lieutenant Boozman to Academy Chief. With this promotion, he resigned from the Lieutenant position and he is assigned to focus only to manage the training department.

The SAPD Academy is now a separated division of the state department, and their members must be active to help the new officers and give trainings under Chief Boozman's controll.

Of course he still is. He's just dedicated to the academy instead of the field.

Ye he will have no relation to any specific department as he is academy chief with captain rights ingame. He will be able to promote members from cadet to officer and vise versa.

Exactly. He is SAPD, but just like in real life, he's a part of the academy itself.

The SAPD Academy will now be considered a full time division for me, kind of like LSPD.
Instructors will belong to a department, but I will focus my time to the growth and management of the Academy.
