The SAPD Training Academy is going trough some changes!
We promote Lieutenant Boozman to Academy Chief. With this promotion, he resigned from the Lieutenant position and he is assigned to focus only to manage the training department.

The SAPD Academy is now a separated division of the state department, and their members must be active to help the new officers and give trainings under Chief Boozman's controll.

Again? Wow. Good luck guys! I hope things finally work out this time. SAPD has had alot of issues lately with keeping it's academy staff actively working. Hopefully this change will be for the better.

Of course he still is. He's just dedicated to the academy instead of the field.

Another question, due to his rank is he now a part of the SAPD rather then any specific department?

And I just assumed he wasn't in the SAPD anymore due to the 'resigned from Lieutenent' part.

Ye he will have no relation to any specific department as he is academy chief with captain rights ingame. He will be able to promote members from cadet to officer and vise versa.
