I concer with Monkey's "Oh" :(
P.s. This is for those who resigned for no clear reason at all.. and just did it because others did, think for yourself and don't act on the actions of others, do what is right for you.Doesn't apply to the case.
I had alot of patience, today it crossed line. I'm done.
Experience in high ranks is something you are ignorant of, therefore you are in no position to put Jaaskaa in a box made from your limited perspective. Do not begin a lecture on how you are loyal to SAPD if you are unwilling to cope with new changes and serve under a new Chief (one who is more than capable, at that) as the remaining loyal officers are.As I've told you are glad to post whitout knowing anything or all you do is relay on text wroten inside your game charater . I might never been CMD ,but I had to be unofficial one to hold the department. My perspective always been simple. Work hard, remain disciplined and you will achieve lots of things. These days it's not that way, people get promoted magicly to top because it's comfortable for somone? I might never wanted to be apart of CMD but I am enough smart to know how structure works, and you might ask SAPD members wich been year ago here or even more and most of them will say this is disrespect towards the ones working 3 years to achieve captain not 6 weeks. Please evade posting here just beacuse you're arrogant,it doesn't makes any point from you.
Resigning because you are unwilling to accept legitimate decisions made by a capable head of law enforcement? In the past, rebels and traitors have done the same.
Good luck Chris and thanks for your service towards the State of Argonath.Thank you Alan.
Guys, just drop it. Show some respect to EX colleague in his resignation topic.Thank you Shejken.
Bye Chris, you did well job. See you around on field. :v:
Well Chris, you were great officer and great colleague. Good luck to the future, maybe one day we will work again together.Thank you Renzo.
/me salutes.
Sadly, the reasons have been very poorly communicated to all of us -- in fact, there has been no communication at all, apart from a topic stating that many people will be angry and the likes of "You might wake up a morning with a different rank". In addition to this, proper justification behind many promotions of members that have previously had little or no previous to SAPD has not been given.
It's really disappointing to see so many LVPD members leaving. I have always regarded LVPD as one of the most active police departments that was unique in it's loyalty to Las Venturas and actually staying within the city boundaries, as well as all the time and effort its members put into it. Having looked at the archives of all the departments, without any hesitation can I say that this was the most active and well-organized department in SAPD and it is really shocking to see every single member of it leave.
You have not said so directly, however it can only be assumed that you are resigning due to the recent changes. Personally I have no knowledge as to what these changes are meant to achieve, however surely they must have some purpose that is supposed to positively influence the server and/or SAPD. Had I been working for LVPD as hard as all of you have, I fear I would be contemplating leaving as well.
I hope all of you will continue to be part of the community and urge you not to leave it. Your commitment to LVPD has been outstanding and I am certain that in whatever new role you decide to take up, you will continue to do a great job.
This post is directed towards every LVPD member.
I love you xcasio, I must say it could not be worded any better. :roll:Love you too chief - have a donut :donut:
