I admit I unsuspected the following persons; as per I directly witnessed these persons shoot as civilians at police to aid their friends who were suspected. I had asked an unsuspection of them to Cyril / Duel in the LVPD CB however, at no time was it said admins were dealing with the situation."
Accordingly, if I was aware they were being watched, I would not of unsuspected these persons.
Proof to support my "claimed of asking":

I were active during the whole scene and believe Steven J acted correctly, and as he should. The suspects were continously deathmatching in San Fierro as a result of their friends being suspects. I should've /reported them but I was very unsure. I also recall many of them returning to the roleplay scene with weapons, attacking me and the other officers.

You are not supposed to use the commands issued to you for your police job, for unsuspection on admin matters. Unless clearly asked by an admin. Once suspected it is up to the admins to decide if it is rulebreaking and they should be unsuspected and punished, or they should stay suspect.
What there happened, the shooting, was because of a roleplay that just happened a second before it. The police comes and starts suspecting people, on which also the police becomes a threat to them all. It is not like that those non-suspects came later and joined in, they were there already, which makes a slight difference.
Anyways, you should have reported it instead of abusing the commands you have been given to decide it your own from the police side of this story.
To Aamir:
As far as I have seen (I was dealing with one of them there differently too), all were there already. I have checked a lot people on if they died or not. Again, admins got commands to check if they are returning to roleplay and stuff. The acts of Steven were not correct as he misused the command. All should have been reported.

Miguel returned to the situation. I am a hundered percent sure of it. Infact, he returned three times, as he were dropped off at a bridge and I were there with my helicopter. 2 minutes after he got unsuspected he started shooting at me, and I suspected him back. I called for assistance, and got help by [TCL]Kyle. He was shot down. After that, he returned AGAIN.

Well, you asked in CB about unsuspection, I didn't really get why/who to unsuspect since my screen was really flooded at that time. It was rush-time and we were submerged by reports. Yeah, some admins were already investigating them.

I know that i'm not allowed to post here, but:
Isin't Dm a admin matter not a SAPD/ARPD matter?

Steven is removed from the force.

Can someone tell me the logic of unsuspecting DM'ers ? This makes cops unable to counter them as they will be fined if they do. So by unsuspecting you are giving rulebreakers an advantage.
