Biography[If you wish you can leave this blank and filll non-rp question "Why do you want to join?"]: FredericK was raised in suburban Missionary Hill, San Fierro, on the northeast edge of the District of San Fierro, and joined the San Fierro Police Department in 2010 as a foot Officer. In 2010 he was promoted to Senior Officer, and, two months later, got called to join S.W.A.T. team as Operative. In 2011, he became a Officer, since he got fired by old chief.

He has both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in management from Los Santos University and holds a Master of Arts in national security studies from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, Las Vegas. He got a certeficated by S.W.A.T. in 2010 and got considered the best police driver in District of San Fierro.

Why do you want join: I want to join S.A.P.D. for bring some activitie to the law enforcement, to provide assistance to our citizens. "Once S.A.P.D. Officer +, S.A.P.D. for ever". Iam on that and will do my best inside S.A.P.D. I wont tell much more things since Command staff know me well.

Since you was fired before the lock-down I believe you are not allowed to request a reinstatement. Good luck.

He's right. If you left/got fired from SAPD before the lockdown, you may not request a reinstatement. You have to go through the whole process.
I had the same thing myself few months ago.

Hello, again Chief Paul. Well, I dont see the point of that accusation in your records, since I left the game after behing fired. Anyway I just shitted on SAPD one time and was under Leroy Hudson lead, as Chief. Related to the Fired reason, I just had premission from S.W.A.T. to co-operate with them as a Separated group. When S.W.A.T. was avaible we go away, otherwhise we are on the field, since that group where made by most part of old S.W.A.T. members and S.W.A.T. was kinda inactive. Someone saw us a target to get down and now as our objective, to help our citizens and SAPD in heavy situations while S.W.A.T. is now avaible.

The decision is now yours. Iam here again, trying to help the force to be active, you know my way to work (organized patrols, trainings, etc), and Iam up to leave the pass. Now it's up to you (Command Staff) decide. I can answer more questions if you have so.

Reinstatement is not available in this case, you will have to pass trough the whole process.

About your offense, you said you only did it once under lead of Chief Hudson, which is still wrong but forgetable.
My question is how can you be certain this won't accure here again, if you step out of your lines again ?

Please don't answer with, its an example I am here active and attempting to aid the force. Its a sentence that any person could say, I want just a clear answer why do you think this won't repeat itself ?

Well, I can't promisse you 100% that wont repeat. Depend the situation involved, the person involved, and many other factors. Anyway I have 99% Sure that won't repeat. My ideology of this game changed, and as Chief Hank Rafferty one time said to me "This is just a game, why you care so much about this?". Iam on that way right now. This is just a game, I grew up and I wanna do the things right, this time. Those are only the words I could say to your Deputy Chief, I changed and Iam here to do my best in SAPD again.

About reinstantment why that is not possible do to? (If you can answer of course)

Reinstatement is 100 percent not reliable for your case, therefore update your application.

The choice to let you proceed into the application and actually becoming successful to join the SAPD will be determined soon.

We do not accept people in the ARPD, in any organization whom find themselves to be backstabbing people.
As for you, you caused enough bullshit with nearly every CMD staff member and attempting to fool leaders of official organizations, plus insulting them after.

Doesn't work when I'm here, because you've just made your permanent denial from SAPD spread around ARPD too.
