In 2010 he was promoted to Senior Officer, and, two months later, got called to join S.W.A.T. team as Operative. In 2011, he became a Officer, since he got fired by old chief.

He has both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in management from Los Santos University and holds a Master of Arts in national security studies from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, Las Vegas. He got a certeficated by S.W.A.T. in 2010 and got considered the best police driver in District of San Fierro.

He's right. If you left/got fired from SAPD before the lockdown, you may not request a reinstatement. You have to go through the whole process.
I had the same thing myself few months ago.

Hello, again Chief Paul. Well, I dont see the point of that accusation in your records, since I left the game after behing fired. Anyway I just shitted on SAPD one time and was under Leroy Hudson lead, as Chief. Related to the Fired reason, I just had premission from S.W.A.T. to co-operate with them as a Separated group. When S.W.A.T. was avaible we go away, otherwhise we are on the field, since that group where made by most part of old S.W.A.T. members and S.W.A.T. was kinda inactive. Someone saw us a target to get down and now as our objective, to help our citizens and SAPD in heavy situations while S.W.A.T. is now avaible.

The decision is now yours. Iam here again, trying to help the force to be active, you know my way to work (organized patrols, trainings, etc), and Iam up to leave the pass. Now it's up to you (Command Staff) decide. I can answer more questions if you have so.

My question is how can you be certain this won't accure here again, if you step out of your lines again ?

Well, I can't promisse you 100% that wont repeat. Depend the situation involved, the person involved, and many other factors. Anyway I have 99% Sure that won't repeat. My ideology of this game changed, and as Chief Hank Rafferty one time said to me "This is just a game, why you care so much about this?". Iam on that way right now. This is just a game, I grew up and I wanna do the things right, this time. Those are only the words I could say to your Deputy Chief, I changed and Iam here to do my best in SAPD again.
