Captain SeanC removed from SAPD due to the ignorance of the warnings and advices given to improve by the myself and a partial note by Gandalf. Unable to take responsibilities as a Captain after told to take the right track. Despite the chances and opportunities granted to Sean, the attitude and behaviour presented by him is unacceptable which is a surprise to see that. He has also joined another community which is taken his time from the SAPD. He is okay in being removed from the SAPD at the current moment.

Sean is expected to come back sometime after he refreshes his mind hopefully.
