Suspects Neutralized: 1 Suspects Arrested: 4 Conclusion: I started my day off by patrolling the Los Santos populated regions, as in Idlewood, temple, rodeo, and so on. Not much was going on, not many people were causing trouble. As I saw not much was going on, I went back to one of the things I love, and it is patrolling the Mulholland Intersections. I stopped a man with Illegal car modifications, he was very cooperative and back-up was extravagant. I stayed there for the most of my time, not many people used the wrong ramps. Everything seemed to be going good. Suspects Neutralized: 0 Suspects Arrested: 1 Conclusion: I didn't have much time out on the field today, but I made of what time I had. I started off by going to a back-up call down in Idlewood, a unit requested back-up at a traffic stop which involved two armed men. It went smooth, citation was given. After that, I resumed my Patrolling of Los Santos for the next 20 minutes. In the 20 minutes, I managed to get one arrest in. The man was suspected for evading, I managed to stop his vehicle, and apprehend him. I also gave one citation, to a man who was driving over the speed limit in a limousine. With the rest of the time, I went back to my duty at the Mulholland Intersection, which seemed to be in no use, as everyone used the right ramp. The high-way wasn't as busy as I'd thought it would be, but it did feel good seeing everyone use the right ramp. Suspects Neutralized: 1 Suspects Arrested: 0 Conclusion: The server was crashing here and then, which resulted in a low amount of players online. The beginning of my shift was quite normal, just driving around Los Santos and Flint county, patrolling as usual. That went on for a good 30 minutes, I stopped two civilians, warned one and gave a citation to the other. After that, there was a suspect evading from a traffic stop. A fellow police officers called for assistance, which resulted in a high speed chase all around Los Santos. The chase ended at Ocean Docks, after we together managed to total his vehicle to force him to stop. He was killed as he did not comply with our orders. After that, there was another chase. This guy went all around San Andreas. He started at Whetstone, driving into San Fierro, and right through Tierra Robada. We chase him back in Los Santos, which we did not manage to get to him in time and he escaped. Dash cam photos: |

(http://i40.tinypic.com/2eph4bq.jpg) | PATROL REPORT Name of Deputy: Maxwell_Cole Patrol partner(s): Myself Time spent on patrol: 2 Hours Suspects Neutralized: 3 Suspects Arrested: 1 Conclusion: I started my shift off easy as always. Once again, it began at the Mulholland Intersection. Being there for a good half an hour, AirOne(or AirOrel) decided to come and join me. We were sitting ducks for a while, until a call was made for backup needed on an suspect fleeing. Many cops passed by Mulholland, going in Las Venturas. I decided to leave my position as AirOne(or AirOrel) had stayed put. After the suspect unfortunately escaped, I resumed my duties, but started patrolling around Los Santos. I managed to find a pink Burrito driving on the grass part of Richman, not using the pavement or road at all. I stopped them, and requested light backup as there were 3 armed men in the Burrito. The one backup I requested for left as I guess he got bored, and I was stuck there by myself with 3 armed men. While checking his license and registration in my laptop, the passenger exited his passenger door. I quickly got out, and went behind my cruiser. I withdrew my Deagle, as he was armed with the other two of his mates. I managed to calmly get him to re-enter his vehicle, without any arguments or any verbal abuse. After-all, I gave the driver a warning as they were very well mannered and did not cause any trouble or any sort. Dash cam photos: |

Suspects Neutralized: 6 Suspects Arrested: 1 Conclusion: This was sort of a different start from my other days. It was a good approach though. When I just began my shift, there was a code 30 down in Glen Park, with a bunch of gang members on top of a building armed. I showed up when there was only one police officer, I parked next to him, and we both used my vehicle as protection. Next thing you know, SWAT is there, SAPD all over the place, and whatnot. In a matter of time, they were all neutralized. I managed to kill one before he got into his plane. After that, I responded to a speed chase down in Red County, which ended real quick with the suspect crashing and flipping. He was apprehended by another police officer. For a good hour, I drove around much of LS-SF. I surprisingly didn't stop anyone. The remaining time, I went back to my Mulholland Intersection duties. I once again, did not stop anyone there. That was it for the night, a bit of a boring, yet fun night. Dash cam photos: |
I think i remember you..iRonald? I'm pretty certain you were part of SAPD in the old days?
If yes, then i really recommend you. I remember you having great attitude and field skills overall!

Suspects Neutralized: 3 Suspects Arrested: 0 Conclusion: For some weird reason, my GTA was acting up today, resulted in not letting me stay on for longer. Well, it first started off at Vinewood, right next to the Stracci HQ. There was a suspect on the roof of the news company. As I approached slowly, he began shooting. I hid behind the wall, and called for backup. I managed to get him off-guard and shoot him behind his back. Nearly right after that, a Sultan with two suspects flew by. I chased them, pitting them till they hit the bridge near Flint County. I got out, and quickly got their tires. For some reason, they still tried fleeing with the vehicle. I managed to shoot their car on fire, although they stayed in the vehicle and died. Dash cam photos: |

Suspects Neutralized: 9 Suspects Arrested: 2 Conclusion: I started my patrol around Los Santos and Dillmore. Not even two minutes after starting my shift, I seen a taxi driver drive down the road by City hall, heading to Market. He was going around 85-90 Km/h. As he reached the end, he spun out. He then turned, and almost hit a road block. I stopped him, questioned him, questioned his client. I checked if he was under any drugs or alcohol, which he was not. I let him off with a warning. As I got back in my cruiser, a driver in a bullet flew by. I chased him all the way down to idlewood, and marked him with my siren. He still ran, which resulted in my chasing him all the way to the Church in Jefferson. Instead of giving him a ticket, I told him I would have to jail him. He didn't want to go to jail, and tried to get away. Luckily, I had a very good backup officer with me, which ruined his tires before he got even out of the parking lot. He got out on foot and attempted to run, and was shot. We gave multiple chances when running to stop. Then, After patroling a bit at Mulholland Intersection, I went down to Idlewood. There was a black male, standing there, suspected with a Tec9 in his hand. I approached him, told him to stop multiple times. He didn't stop. He shot a bullet, I got behind my cruiser, and opened fire. He was nearly down, but he /q'ed. It was a very fun two-day patrol. We managed to call the towtruck service, and they cleared the road quickly. After the road was cleared, a suspect began shooting, which resulted in many civilians shooting. The only exciting thing that occurred was a massive shootout down in Idlewood, who a few backup deputies and I solved quickly before it escalated into a bigger event. Not one of the suspected attempted to surrender, which lethal force was used when they fired the first shot. Not one of our deputies got injured. From driving around, to chasing suspects, to shooting, to jailing, and to even working with the FBI. Not sure what happened first, but we [ARPD/SAPD Officers] were asked for help by the FBI Agents for a drug bust. Our organisation was pitch-perfect, our listening what perfect, although, we failed with the bust. After returning to Los Santos, the FBI Agents offered us inside the Headquarters, and explained that we did a wonderful job. After that, A few mates and I on team-speak gathered, and hunted for suspects for a good 2-hour period. It was non-stop action, for me at least. Patrol Partners:First Vehicle:(Drix,[ADF]Travis), Second Vehicle(Dario.Cipone,Maxwell Cole) Suspects Arrested:0, we helped with the surrenders, but we personally didn't arrest anyone, no. Suspects Killed:3-4. C30 Responding:There was a Code 30 call for back-up, on a suspect who was heavily armed in Bone County. We(Dario/Me) used our Air Unit, and quickly arrived at the scene. Upon arrival, the suspect did not comply, and kept driving around. We trapped him in the small train tunnel, our helicopter on one side, and a PD cruiser on the other. We succeeded on getting him out of the vehicle, which was due to the vehicle catching on fire. Even while on foot, he still evaded, and shot back. We used lethal force to eventually bring him down. None of our officers were harmed in the process. Shift Description:It was dull, and somewhat exciting at times. Most of our patrol was based on checking the heroin spots in San Fierro. The only time we left San Fierro was for a code 30, or a backup call, which was not too frequent. San Fierro was deserted, as it was for some time now. There was no-one at the heroin spots, which made our job easier. Note:Report on the radio a bit more frequently, and more detailed. Shift Description: It was a dull and easy short shift. Mainly stopped players for wreck less driving. I started my shift down in Idlewood, and drove to Gas Station 9. As I turned right to pass it, a civilian in a sentinel drove by, skid through the whole road, nearly hitting me. I stopped him. As I stopped him, he complied and did well. He listened, he gave me his paper work, and turned his vehicle off. I told him to keep his hands on the steering wheel during the whole procedure, which he did. I checked his paper work, and it was all valid. I let him off with a warning. Later in my shift, I was driving from Market, up to Mulholland Intersection. I knew I heard a loud vehicle, just didn't know where it was coming from. As I look back, it's a patriot going 120 Km/h, right passed me. I attempt to catch up, and eventually stop him on the LS-LV highway. He complied as-well, although, I gave him a citation of $75 due to using the wrong ramp in the Mulholland Intersection. (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/images/sapd/sfpd/sfpd200.png)San Fierro Police DepartmentTraining reportKidnapping Simulation
Training date:
28/03/2013
Training time:
1 hours and 20 minutes
Leader(s) of training:
SFPD Officer Dario Cipone
Air Commander Caion
Participants in training:
LSPD Officer Taseen Chowdhury
ARPD Officer Maxwell Cole
ARPD Officer Loris
ARPD Officer Dylan Rosso
ARPD Officer Travis
Detailed describtion of training:
Today, me and Air Commander Caion, decided to set a training based on Kidnapping, with a simulation. Basically done, in case FBI and/or SWAT, would be not available.
We used to call all units to SFPD to line up and to take the briefing. The briefing started with me but, after some minutes, FBI Agent Teddy Rosso and SWAT Operative Huskar, decided to come at SFPD giving the briefing to the units.
Their support was really useful, they explained to the officers how to act for kidnapping situations.
After it, Air Commander Caion, used to say them the conditions of the simulation and, next, I've used to assign the units to the patrol cars and headed towards the location told by Caion. (LV Stadium)
The family involved was the Wakefield. They given the chance to us to train with them.
There were four kidnappers and an hostage with them.
When we arrived, with the help of SWAT Operative Huskar, we've set the teams and, also, what they would do.
We used to close the area with a perimeter around the house door. After the door was "locked" I've assigned the work to negotiate to Travis that showed a skill never seen before by him.
He handled the conversation between the kidnapper and he was absolutely good.
Meanwhile we were discussing about how to act, Caion set Loris as the first officer to look inside the building and the hostage.
After it, Travis got informations about their demands: 10,000 ARD and a four-doors car outside.
So, we decided to set the Caion's Sultan there. Popped three tires and waited further informations for the negotiations.
After we were ready, Caion got the idea to get in with the 10,000ARD in a briefcase. Meanwhile he was inside, he used to explain us what was happing. The hostage was exchanged with the money while he was alone inside and, after that the hostage was secured, we've used to get inside really faster with the Deagles reloaded.
We used to shoot two times, then, everyone used to get their hands, in front of us, up.
Meanwhile they got their hands up, I've ordered them to get on the floor.
While they were on the ground, every officer used to cover me while the suspects were cuffed.
The mission accomplished, hostage secured and the kidnappers downed.
Conclusion of training:
Everyone showed their skill to hear and was really nice to learn new abilities of others. FBI, SWAT and AIR Division, explained us a lot of useful things and I, honestly, really appreciated that. This simulation was absolutely good and hope to have another one soon.
Absolutely useful and suggested to everyone.
Well done to everybody and skills were showed in this training by everyone, honestly talking.
Notes:
1.) I would like to thank FBI Agent Teddy Rosso, SWAT Operative Huskar and Air Commander Caion for the briefing held tonight.
2.) I would like to thank, also, the Wakefield family, that used to participate as kidnappers.
