PATROL REPORT

Name of Deputy:: Maxwell_Cole
Patrol partner(s): N/A
Time spent on patrol: 3 Hours

Suspects Neutralized: 4
Suspects Arrested: 3
Conclusion: The day started off with a mass cluster-**** down in Idlewood. The gangsters managed to create a road-block with all the vehicles they had. They warned them several times to move the vehicles to a proper parking, and they did not comply. We managed to call the towtruck service, and they cleared the road quickly. After the road was cleared, a suspect began shooting, which resulted in many civilians shooting. After a long battle, we managed to clear all the suspects, and the situation resumed to be a regular Idlewood.

PATROL REPORT

Name of Deputy:: Maxwell Cole
Patrol partner(s):
Time spent on patrol: 2 hours

Suspects Neutralized: 4
Suspects Arrested: 1
Conclusion: Not much happened, honestly. The only exciting thing that occurred was a massive shootout down in Idlewood, who a few backup deputies and I solved quickly before it escalated into a bigger event. Not one of the suspected attempted to surrender, which lethal force was used when they fired the first shot. Not one of our deputies got injured. We took what we learned in the training we get, and we pulled it off great.

PATROL REPORT

Name of Deputy:: Maxwell Cole
Patrol partner(s):
Time spent on patrol: 4-5 Hours

Suspects Neutralized: 12
Suspects Arrested: 4
Conclusion: Man, it was boring, entertaining, and just plain fun. From driving around, to chasing suspects, to shooting, to jailing, and to even working with the FBI. Not sure what happened first, but we [ARPD/SAPD Officers] were asked for help by the FBI Agents for a drug bust. Our organisation was pitch-perfect, our listening what perfect, although, we failed with the bust. After returning to Los Santos, the FBI Agents offered us inside the Headquarters, and explained that we did a wonderful job. After that, A few mates and I on team-speak gathered, and hunted for suspects for a good 2-hour period. It was non-stop action, for me at least. There is way to much to write, hopefully the pictures explain the rest;

Patrol Report #00

Date: 3/11/13
Patrol Length:Probably a good 2 hours.
Areas Patrol: Mainly San Fierro, and responded to any backup calls.
Patrol Partners:First Vehicle:(Drix,[ADF]Travis), Second Vehicle(Dario.Cipone,Maxwell Cole)
Suspects Arrested:0, we helped with the surrenders, but we personally didn't arrest anyone, no.
Suspects Killed:3-4.
C30 Responding:There was a Code 30 call for back-up, on a suspect who was heavily armed in Bone County. We(Dario/Me) used our Air Unit, and quickly arrived at the scene. Upon arrival, the suspect did not comply, and kept driving around. We trapped him in the small train tunnel, our helicopter on one side, and a PD cruiser on the other. We succeeded on getting him out of the vehicle, which was due to the vehicle catching on fire. Even while on foot, he still evaded, and shot back. We used lethal force to eventually bring him down. None of our officers were harmed in the process.
Shift Description:It was dull, and somewhat exciting at times. Most of our patrol was based on checking the heroin spots in San Fierro. The only time we left San Fierro was for a code 30, or a backup call, which was not too frequent. San Fierro was deserted, as it was for some time now. There was no-one at the heroin spots, which made our job easier.
Note:Report on the radio a bit more frequently, and more detailed.

Maxwell Cole

Special thanks to Dario for teaching me a few things through-out the patrol. Really appreciated.

Patrol Report #00

Date: 3/13/13
Patrol Length: A good hour and a half to 2 hours.
Areas Patrol: Mainly Los Santos, a few times to red county.
Patrol Partners: Myself.
Suspects Arrested: 1
Suspects Killed: 1
C30 Responding: During my time, there were very few players, and I didn't witness any Code 30's, which was a good thing.
Shift Description: It was a dull and easy short shift. Mainly stopped players for wreck less driving. I started my shift down in Idlewood, and drove to Gas Station 9. As I turned right to pass it, a civilian in a sentinel drove by, skid through the whole road, nearly hitting me. I stopped him. As I stopped him, he complied and did well. He listened, he gave me his paper work, and turned his vehicle off. I told him to keep his hands on the steering wheel during the whole procedure, which he did. I checked his paper work, and it was all valid. I let him off with a warning. Later in my shift, I was driving from Market, up to Mulholland Intersection. I knew I heard a loud vehicle, just didn't know where it was coming from. As I look back, it's a patriot going 120 Km/h, right passed me. I attempt to catch up, and eventually stop him on the LS-LV highway. He complied as-well, although, I gave him a citation of $75 due to using the wrong ramp in the Mulholland Intersection. I then went and took a quick lunch break.

Yes, It's spring break for me, and I my activity should increase, but, unfortunately... I caught a virus two days ago, and can't stay on the computer for more than a hour. I get a migraine right away.

Hopefully it goes away through mid-spring break, then i'll be back to action.

Cheers.

Patrol Report #00

Date:3/27/13
Patrol Length:2 Hours.
Areas Patrol:Las Venturas, San Fierro.
Patrol Partners:SFPD-2 | Kidnap Training
Suspects Arrested:I personally didn't arrest anyone.
Suspects Killed:N/A
C30 Responding:N/A
Shift Description:Well, there was a call about training a 207. I figured it would be good training, and tagged up with the team. The 207 took place in Las Venturas, near the Stadium. We took positions outside, team Alpha and Bravo. Alpha was to breach, and Bravo was to stay outside with the spray and surround the area. We breached, gathered the suspects, and slowly escorted them out. Even though I didn't like the way we set-up the breaching, and the way we organised outside, we got the job some-what done.

Training report
Kidnapping Simulation

Training date:
28/03/2013

Training time:
1 hours and 20 minutes

Leader(s) of training:
SFPD Officer Dario Cipone
Air Commander Caion

Participants in training:
LSPD Officer Taseen Chowdhury
ARPD Officer Maxwell Cole
ARPD Officer Loris
ARPD Officer Dylan Rosso
ARPD Officer Travis

Detailed describtion of training:

Today, me and Air Commander Caion, decided to set a training based on Kidnapping, with a simulation. Basically done, in case FBI and/or SWAT, would be not available.
We used to call all units to SFPD to line up and to take the briefing. The briefing started with me but, after some minutes, FBI Agent Teddy Rosso and SWAT Operative Huskar, decided to come at SFPD giving the briefing to the units.

Their support was really useful, they explained to the officers how to act for kidnapping situations.

After it, Air Commander Caion, used to say them the conditions of the simulation and, next, I've used to assign the units to the patrol cars and headed towards the location told by Caion. (LV Stadium)

The family involved was the Wakefield. They given the chance to us to train with them.
There were four kidnappers and an hostage with them.

When we arrived, with the help of SWAT Operative Huskar, we've set the teams and, also, what they would do.
We used to close the area with a perimeter around the house door. After the door was "locked" I've assigned the work to negotiate to Travis that showed a skill never seen before by him.

He handled the conversation between the kidnapper and he was absolutely good.
Meanwhile we were discussing about how to act, Caion set Loris as the first officer to look inside the building and the hostage.

After it, Travis got informations about their demands: 10,000 ARD and a four-doors car outside.
So, we decided to set the Caion's Sultan there. Popped three tires and waited further informations for the negotiations.

After we were ready, Caion got the idea to get in with the 10,000ARD in a briefcase. Meanwhile he was inside, he used to explain us what was happing. The hostage was exchanged with the money while he was alone inside and, after that the hostage was secured, we've used to get inside really faster with the Deagles reloaded.

We used to shoot two times, then, everyone used to get their hands, in front of us, up.
Meanwhile they got their hands up, I've ordered them to get on the floor.
While they were on the ground, every officer used to cover me while the suspects were cuffed.

The mission accomplished, hostage secured and the kidnappers downed.

Conclusion of training:
Everyone showed their skill to hear and was really nice to learn new abilities of others. FBI, SWAT and AIR Division, explained us a lot of useful things and I, honestly, really appreciated that. This simulation was absolutely good and hope to have another one soon.
Absolutely useful and suggested to everyone.

Well done to everybody and skills were showed in this training by everyone, honestly talking.

Notes:

1.) I would like to thank FBI Agent Teddy Rosso, SWAT Operative Huskar and Air Commander Caion for the briefing held tonight.

2.) I would like to thank, also, the Wakefield family, that used to participate as kidnappers.
