Training Note:
Today I've organized a training about shooting and criminals barricated situations.
I've used the radio channel of the SFPD (2721) and officers who were interested in participating entered in it.
When they reached the SFPD they were asked to line up.
The training began with a short brief about the shooting and about what we were next to do.
After that the training was explained, we set up two different teams and to make it we used two differents skins: Sheriffs and Officers skins.
When everything was explained SMG was given to everyone and we used two Police Cars to move to the Queens Ammunation to get an armour.
After Ammunation, we stopped to the San Fierro Hospital and then, there, a short brief was told for the barricated situations and how to work in those cases.
The command /storm was explained, also, how to move inside a building in certain cases. Finally some rules was given to the officers about the training (For example that when the armour was down, they were out of the scene).
When all was set up, I've sent the sheriffs team to take a position, as criminals, inside the hospital and the officers team was outside. Once both teams were ready the officer team would entered.
After this operation, both teams stopped at Ammunation, to get back another armour and to be prepared for another operation. (Cadet Aca Nolan left the training after this)
In the last operation, the teams switched and the sheriffs team were outside, getting ready.
After those operations, we headed to the SFPD to line up again.
When reached the SFPD, each partecipant got the chance to share his or her opinion to the training done.
A question was made: What you learned today, honestly?
Different answers were given:Quote[20:45:53] Skalleper_Svensson(78) says: I have learned today, that officers need team-play in order to achive sucess in a mission
[20:46:02] Skalleper_Svensson(78) says: It was pretty hard when we gor split upQuote[20:48:48] [AFS]John_Svensson(33) says: that the team work can save a life or if its bad, take out a lifeQuote[20:52:34] Sandisk(14) says: I learned how to handle a situation with a lot of criminals inside it, such as kidnaps
[20:52:47] Sandisk(14) says: and learned some tactics, taking covers.
[20:53:06] Sandisk(14) says: and also to do not be a hero and rush alone
[20:53:17] Sandisk(14) says: and work with the team together
Training leader's notes:
I've really appreciated how many officers partecipate in the training and I saw it really usefull for everyone, also for me. As I said to the partecipants that asked, I'll do another training like this to improve our skills. It was really satisfatory to see everyone focusing to the training. Everyone heard me and their attitude was really great.
Thank you.

I've set three different teams:
1- Anthrax and Dektar, that I've ordered them to take an helycopter and to watch carefully the situation over the heroin spots all over Los Santos. So the Island at Santa Marina Beach and East Los Santos, near the carwash.
2- Me and ARPD Officer M Anderson and we patrolled around San Fierro's heroin spots with an helycopter. So San Fierro Bay, Palisades and Doherty. We were able, also, to give a support to the

To every unit was given a light equipment of SMG and Senior Officer Anthrax gave them all an M4.
To the all units was ordered to don't camp near or over the heroin spot but to go between the area assigned without stopping, only if it was necessary. To all units was explained, also, to suspect everyone was in the heroin spot and to wait the arriving of the package. When was necessary, they were authoryzed to frisk them.
The Channel Radio was the most used, it was necessary to declare us if we was in danger or if the spots were clear, or if a support was needed.
By the way, after like one hour, some officers gone off duty, so I've asked to other officers to take part to the operation.

The team updated, with the same vehicles and with the same assignments, were:
1- Rusty and Tutti, LS;
2- Me and Mario, SF;
3- Skildpadde and Jimbo, Bayside - BC - LV;
The result of this operation was incredible. We took in one hour of raid, non considering the time when we explained and equipped everyone, 150 grams of heroin. The heroin was delivered to the FBI Agents and destroied.
Operation leader's notes:
I want to congratulate and to say thank to everybody for the teamwork and I want to say that for me was amazing. Everybody listened me and everything was clear. By the way, I want to suggest to the ARPD Officer Tritan Osmani, to don't be in hurry when someone is giving instructions, because it was boring.
I want to special thank Skildpadde that was the only one officer that don't left me during the whole operation.

Operation log:
In regards to the assignment given, I've organized this ArgoBank Transport from the San Fierro Bank to the Los Santos Bank.
I've asked to a total of 4 units to take a part of that operation.
When every unit reached the SFPD, I've used to explain what we were going to do and assigned them to the cars.
(Two officers each Police car and me as truck driver.)
I've equipped all of the units and took two SFPD Police cars. We reached to Bayside, so we got equipped. Once we came back to the SFPD, we used to take a Truck to the SF Stadium, due to the fact that I didn't find an armored car. We took to Esplanade North a Trailer to start the transport. We stopped at SF Bank and three units were outside to protect the entrance and the Trailer too.
Me, SAPD Cadet Microstar (till she was IG) and ARPD Officer Adrian McCoy used to go inside the San Fierro Bank to take the money, so we used to RP it very well.
I've used to carry like 10 briefcases in total, due to the fact that was a large amount of money, so we spent a lot of time to fill the trailer. (One briefcase each people)
We used really a lot the SFPD Radio Channel to have permissions to get out from the Bank, in case outside there were civilians.
After the whole process of carrying money, the two SFPD Police cars used to box me for the transport to the Los Santos Bank.
When we arrived, we got a C10 at Los Santos Bank. We used to call some units over there and when the entire situation was solved, we used to move the entire amount of money inside the Los Santos Bank's Strongbox.
At the end, the mission was a success.
Operation leader's notes:
Everybody kept hearing me, we got some troubles due to the lag for the high amount of people in the United States of Argonath, but we reached our objective.
I want to thank everybody for the teamwork that we kept higher and the roleplay used, was great.

Organised Operation Log #0038
Date: March 5. 2013
Time: From 00:25 to 01:32 (Server Time)
Type of Operation: Organised Patrol
Operation Outcome: SUCCESSFUL
Operation Leader: Officer Tutti
LSPD Participants:
N/A
Other Participants:
ARPD Officer [ADF]Travis.
ARPD Officer Dylan_Heartfield
ARPD Officer Skildpadde
ARPD Officer Ramiro_Rosso
ARPD Officer Bradley
ARPD Officer Devin_Rogers (Left midway through)
ARPD Officer [DPS]M_Anderson
Operation Summary:
The operation started out from the Los Santos Police Department garage at exactly 00:25. This patrol started with eight officer, including myself. This gave us the opportunity to make up four groups. I decided to have two unites be in LSPD cruisers (LSPD-1 and LSPD-2). The third was another LSPD cruiser unit, until I decided to make them HSP seeing as one of the members was already a certified HSP member (LSPD-3/HSP-3). Finally the fourth group was the Air Unit (LSPD-AU1). Each of these groups had the minimum of two officers.
Once all the units were established, the patrol started an we set off. To be honest, I was not expecting this patrol to lead to many situations, seeing as it was already a quiet night in the streets of Los Santos. Either way, we started off. The Air Unit stuck to the drug spots mostly seeing as it had the easiest access to both areas. Their hard work from the Air Unit soon paid off as they noticed a suspicious man around the drug area on the small island of the coast of Santa Marina Beach. The civilian soon after evaded after being told to stop for questioning. This led to an air chase with the air unit while I and my partner (LSPD-1) kept visual of the suspect from the ground. The suspect then landed at Los Santos International Airport and hopped into a Turismo. This did not hold us back as we still chased the suspect from Idlewood all the way to East Los Santos. Once at East Los Santos, we opened fire on the suspect and quickly took out one of his tires. This made it easier for units to box him in, which is precisely what happened. The suspect then came in peacefully and was jailed at Los Santos Police Department.
While all of this was occurring, LSPD-2 and LSPD-3 were patrolling their designated positions of Los Santos. LSPD-2 was taking care of South Los Santos while LSPD-3 was taking care of the Northern part of Los Santos. Both had many traffic stops during this time. One example would be with LSPD-3. They were around the area of Santa Marina Beach/Verona Beach when they called in a traffic stop of a Bullet that contained one occupant. They dealt with it accordingly and gave the driver of the car a warning.
Shortly after the incident with the apparent drug runner, we got a call of a man that was evading other Law Enforcement Officers. All of the units in the organised patrol responded to the call. The man headed towards Marina. We were then told that the suspect was barricaded and we prepared ourselves for a possible C30 at the scene. The suspect was barricaded inside the building of the Department of the Defense, at Marina. The suspect later came out and surrendered and was given an investigation upon request.
As soon as the situation with the evader was done, I was about to bring the Organised Patrol to an end, when we got a call on the radio from the FBI. The FBI needed out assistance in arresting a man that had the intentions to distribute illegal substances. I requested that all of the units in my operation meet up at the Los Santos FBI Headquarters, and all of them did with the exception of Officer Devin_Rogers, who had left midway through the patrol. Once we all arrived at the FBI HQ, we were briefed by Agent Conroy. He told us the name of the dealer and the location at which we would set up camp until we were to head out to apprehend the suspect. We were told to meet up by GS10 since the location of the deal was going to be The Farm in Flint County. The Officer at this operation were recognized as the assault team. We stayed at GS10 for a few minutes until ordered to begin moving towards our location. We started off slowly to make sure that we arrived at the correct time. Once we were sure that we could respond with lights and sirens we were given the "go." All of the units in this operation responded correctly, professionally, and in extreme organization. Once we arrived on the scene we tactically surrounded the suspect making sure that there was no way for him to attempt an escape. The suspect chose the smart route and quickly surrendered seeing as he was extremely outnumbered and out-powered. The FBI then apprehended the man and we all moved back towards the FBI's Los Santos HQ. There we were debriefed and thanked for our hard work and cooperation.
Soon after the operation with the FBI, I decided to call the organized patrol to an end. I asked for all of my members to report to the Los Santos Police Department garage. Once they arrived, I thanked them for their hard work. This concluded the organized patrol for the day.
Conclusion (Include possible improvements): In the end, this was a very good organized patrol. All of the members were professional and knew how to use and how to communicate correctly with their radios throughout the whole operation. They also demonstrated great teamwork and cooperation. Seeing as this was my first ever organized operation, there is a lot of room for improvement. Most of the improvement will come from experience as I do more and more operations with the Los Santos Police Department.
