Patrol Description:
1). The day started quickly, the first incident arising in a matter of minutes. I tailed a taxi, driving on the wrong road. After requesting the driver to pull over, I approached his vehicle, issuing him a warning.

2). Next came a pursuit, a securicar, carrying 2 suspects. The van flipped, causing the suspects to run, which was a mistake. They began to open fire, and so did we. Both suspects were downed via LF.

3). A brawl ensued at GS9; Ballas. It appeared a large Balla was hitting a fellow gang member. ARPD forces quickly broke up the fight, but the Balla withdrew a combat shotgun, downing a civilian. The suspect was quickly downed, LF used again. EMS arrived on the scene.

4). To end the day, a traffic stop. A lowrider collided with vehicles in the Little Mexico region. He was pulled over, and issued a fine.

Patrol Description:
1). Although the day was quiet, my peace was soon disrupted by a 207 in LV. The incident occured in a factory located in Whitewood Estates. Little info appeared at first, but it was found a variety of Blaze members had barricaded themselves and the hostage inside. With both entrances blocked, SWAT moved in, backed by covering ARPD and SAPD. Eventually, SAPD were let into the site. ARPD kept guard of the AEO, Creating several roadblocks. By now, SWAT and FBI had entered the building, locating suspects and neutralising as many as possible. Officer Ernst was shot in the procedure. I look forward to hearing about his recovery. The remaining suspects were arrested, and Detained. After this rather hectic incident, I headed back to LS, relieved of my duty.

Patrol Description:
1). From LSPD, I recieved a radio message of a SFPD shooting training, thus making my way to the location. Upon arriving at the destination, APRD units were ordered to line up, being put into two teams: Sherrif, and Officers. The sherrifs (My team) Began as criminals, as we were instructed. Both teams made their way to SF ammunation, were they purchased armor, with SAPD funds. Both teams came together at SF hospital. We were given orders by the training instructer, Dario, to make our way inside the building, and as criminals, take positions. We did so. The rules of the game? If your armour goes down, you're out (Training procedure). We had a good beggining, suppressing the cops, but eventually were forced into a corner, where we were killed (Armor depleted). In the next round, as cops, we breached the criminals (Officers), quickly advancing up the hospital stairs, stacking up. Unfortunatley, John was quickly assassinated, with Bradley to follow suit. I was left alone, with no hope. We lost both rounds. After the training, we recieved a debrief, in which we were asked multiple questions on the training. I answered the question 'what have you learned?' with 'Today I learned how to effectiveley breach barricaded suspects using the /thawme command (Without abuse, Map must be loaded) to avoid taking as much fire. I felt I learned a lot today, and I'm very grateful toward Dario for hosting the training.

Training Note:

Today I've organized a training about shooting and criminals barricated situations.
I've used the radio channel of the SFPD (2721) and officers who were interested in participating entered in it.
When they reached the SFPD they were asked to line up.

The training began with a short brief about the shooting and about what we were next to do.
After that the training was explained, we set up two different teams and to make it we used two differents skins: Sheriffs and Officers skins.
When everything was explained SMG was given to everyone and we used two Police Cars to move to the Queens Ammunation to get an armour.
After Ammunation, we stopped to the San Fierro Hospital and then, there, a short brief was told for the barricated situations and how to work in those cases.
The command /storm was explained, also, how to move inside a building in certain cases. Finally some rules was given to the officers about the training (For example that when the armour was down, they were out of the scene).

When all was set up, I've sent the sheriffs team to take a position, as criminals, inside the hospital and the officers team was outside. Once both teams were ready the officer team would entered.
After this operation, both teams stopped at Ammunation, to get back another armour and to be prepared for another operation. (Cadet Aca Nolan left the training after this)

In the last operation, the teams switched and the sheriffs team were outside, getting ready.

After those operations, we headed to the SFPD to line up again.

When reached the SFPD, each partecipant got the chance to share his or her opinion to the training done.
A question was made: What you learned today, honestly?

I've really appreciated how many officers partecipate in the training and I saw it really usefull for everyone, also for me. As I said to the partecipants that asked, I'll do another training like this to improve our skills. It was really satisfatory to see everyone focusing to the training. Everyone heard me and their attitude was really great.

Operation Summary:
As I planned to organize a patrol in SF jurisdiction many officers showed up, so I called Lieutenant Perry and we decided to have a global patrol! With more than 21 officers joining we were able to cover up the whole map of SA and deal with all kind of situations we met.

As the patrol started, communication was a bit loose but it became tighter and tighter as time passed, and with the great help of Lieutenant Def, we were able to keep up with the units leaving and joining keep the whole patrol greatly organized for the whole time, in each jurisdiction we had a leader, myself for SF, Lieutenant Perry for LS, and Fred Wakefield for LV. Each jurisdiction leader kept his units organized and a great spirit of teamwork was shown which made the operation successful.

We responding to all backup calls we received and dealt with them successfully, through the whole patrol we took ten suspects into custody and detained eleven suspects, beside one major C30A situation in Blueberry ; which we also dealt with successfully, everything was quite and no suspect managed to escape during the whole patrol.



Incidents:

1.)   The first incident of the patrol was a suspect evading on mordor’s bridge, with the help of LVPD units, the suspect was pushed into water, and unfortunately he stood on one of the bridges posts and opened fire on officers with a combat shotgun, but LVPD’s units managed to get a boat and take the suspect down.

2.)   Afterwards we had a suspect evading in SF, SFPD units successfully got the suspect out of his car, but he started evading on foot, but he was taken down.



3.)   LVPD units also managed to end several pursuits in LV successfully and all suspects were either detained or taken down.


Conclusion (Include possible improvements):
It was nice to see such big response from ARPD units for the patrol, and teamwork and communication in the patrol was outstanding, it was one of the best patrols I witnessed in my career and all units showed great behavior , followed orders and managed to communicate properly.

I would like to thank everyone for attending and hope to see you next time too, you did a great job and this will certainly not be forgotten.

Patrol Description:
1). From LSPD, I was given orders to regroup at DPD, as a C30a had developed in Mullholland. We were equipped by SAPD officers, and rolled out in a cruiser.
We pursued the suspects for a short while, before stopping them at MullHolland Intersection. The suspects were heavily armored, and began sprinting for a nearby hill. I covered Rusty's back, shooting short bursts of M4 when possible. All suspects were downed in a single minute, with a great job from our forces.

2). After joining SFPD's Global Patrol, David_Cooper and I began patrolling SF. We stumbled upon a white infernus, situated outside Hashbury region. After asking the driver to give us his licence, he refused, and therefore was suspected on refusing the law, and suspected drug usage (Public Weed Spot). We pursued him into Chinatown, where he was neutralised. The suspect had no intentions of surrender.

3.) What followed was probably the biggest event of my career. 8 heavily armed suspects were attacking officers in BlueBerry, resulting in the call of a C30a. I moved in cautiously, alongisde Sergeant Omar. The first suspect to fall victim to the forces had barricaded himself inside a nearby Ammunation, where he was unfortunatley downed via Pepper Spray. He had no intentions of surrender. After reloading my M4, I snook up on two suspects, which I hastily downed via M4. If not for my tac Vest, I wouldn't be here.

4.) After a busy day, I began a patrol with AnthraX, in his infernus. Nothing much happened, apart from exploding a evading suspect, and responding to a call on the highway, which was resolved almost instantly.

Briefing:
The purpose of this patrol was to crack down on organised crime and general firearm offences within the Los Santos area. This time, we had 9 participants and 3 assistants so I split us into 4 vehicles of 3. They were given an approximate patrolling location (North, South etc) and half the patrol cars were told to monitor traffic in their specific areas whilst the other half just surveyed.

Officer Katie. shows excellent communication, organisation and navigation skills. Throughout the entire patrol, Officer Katie regularly communicated with other members and was a main contributing factor to the overall success of the patrol. Katie would certainly be a productive and useful member of SAPD if she keeps up this good work. Best of luck applicant and I hope to see you out in the field again!

1). I recieved a new dashcam in the mail, this morning, and put it to work. I set off on my usual duties, the dashcam recording, as I went. After 10 minutes, I recieved a call of two 'chickens' terrorising local citizens, and responded C3, tracking them down to Flint county. With the aid of multiple officers, I took them by force, recieving multiple bullet wounds, but downing both suspects in return. I could have used cover better, but in such situations, it is hard to think. My tac vest saved me, once again.

2). Shortly after the above incident, I was called out to Idlewood, an on foot suspect was 'idling' (The irony) around. I asked him to surrender, but he would not heed my warnings, opening fire, but missing myself with his rather poor (And I mean poor) Aim. I shot him multiple times, the lethal force killing him. He had no intentions of surrender.

3). Shook up, I proceded to the PD, where I reported 10-7.

Patrol Description:
1). After filing some paper work at LSPD, a 911 call came in, stating a dead body had been found in the region of fern ridge, during Honig's 'save the forest' campaign. I responded C2, arriving quickly at the scene. The body lay at the foot of a nearby tree, the ground around it covered in dried blood, and several used condoms nearby. It was quite apparent what had happened here. The caller, a man by the name of 'Gmail', was taking part in this forest campaign, along with another two aiders. Forensic teams were sent out, gathering samples of the killers DNA (Left on the evidence) aswell as nearby fingerprints on the blood-stained tree. I took all three civilians to DPD, for questioning.

2). Upon questioning them, It came apparent to myself that these people had not seen this woman before, and I had no suspicions, but, due to procedure, gathered their fingerprints, and the men's DNA (Yes, exactly how you're thinking). With the results coming back from the forensic teams, the young man, by the name of Gmail, matched fingerprints and DNA. I cuffed him, reading out the miranda rights. The other two were brought back for late questioning, but were found not guilty of any charges. However, multiple samples of DNA were found on the evidence, raising the question 'how many killed the woman?'. I called SAPD Tutti to the scene, to help me 'force' informaton from the balla known as 'Gmail'.

3). After recieiving information of the other killers, Cadet Tutti and I, along with the handcuffed Gmail set out to Idlewood, raiding his house. After entering the house, multiple Balla members followed us in, resulting in a hostile shootout. I recieved mutliple gun wounds, and was quickly dazed, waking up in hospital. Tutti managed to fend off the Balla' members, downing as many as possible, before also being downed. I would like to thank Tutti for being there, as I may not still have been here.
