(http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20090522005108/gtawiki/images/8/84/NOOSE-GTA4-logo.png) | National Office of Security Enforcement Greetings, Kowalski You have applied for the National Office of Security Enforcement. Your application has been NOTED and is taken into account and will be carefully assessed. N.O.O.S.E. staff will now observe your performance in the field. At this point, your utmost patience is required. Please take into consideration that Q.13. does not mean that you are applying for that division and will get you inside it. This question is just for us to see which division you like and think that is suitable for you. I had a couple of Questions: 1. Please explain what you have committed at FBI HQ is not a bank at all. Regarding routes to intercept fugitives, please elaborate further on this. I have extensive criminal knowledge, allowing me to neutralise criminals and intercept their routes during heists, as I have too robbed banks and FBI HQ, so I know some good routes to intercept fugitives. 2. Heavy things to handle? 3. Your interested in CIU would that mean in the long run you will want to move to CIU in future? I have heavy things to handle, and I want to help by doing that, even though I have an interest in CIU as well, I do prefer the TRU If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to ask. Signed by, Jack Parker TRU Commander 13/12/2017 |

Seems you are quite proud still, even on our police forums.
- You must not have a large history as a criminal or belong to any criminal group in Argonath RPG, and you must obey the law at all times.
Please do not do this, just a warning in advance.
- You must not contact N.O.O.S.E. staff about your application.
Now please enlighten us, why you removed a post in your family topic saying that your members can conclude small crimes again? Don't try to fool us.
- You must not be a member of any criminal organisation in Argonath as a whole (IV:MP, SA:MP, VC:MP).
I can socialise, make friends, and we can, together stop any crime
Good luck, mate ;)Thank you!
Also, I'm only a former criminal boss,
The reason I removed the post is because when I first posted it, it was because Oliver was constantly nagging me. He was a liability to RT, and when I was about to warn him, he resigned because he wanted to be "argonaths biggest don" and RT blacklisted him for his unloyalty. I agreed with the highest authority member, Kirito_1998 that RT would be a civilian family.
Sure, I made a lot of pointless court cases and I know I was denied a lot, which is why I created a new character, Kowalski, to get away from everything John Meeses brought.
I also never said that you were a charity, I meant that these were benefits of being in a team, and socializing with team members is something which can bring a level of understanding between us all, and that can have positive benefits out on the field!
The last question, no. The FBI would most likely have them now. I sent them in a mail but I don't know if they've received it.
I never said being a criminal boss was the same as stealing an ice-cream.
For 2, NO. I discussed this with ny highest authority member and we agreed on the decision I'd already made.
For 3, pretty judgmental. Kowalski was created for a reason, maybe you should look again for change.
For 4, are you telling me that TRU doesn't benefit from having good relationships with each other?
For 5, I'll rephrase. They should have it, but I sent it back a long tine ago.
Oh shit, I remembered that I took off from the robbery with my robbers, and we left the documents behind...
Shit. Must have been the cheque papers I sent to my dad for his meds, since he's retired. I don't know, that robbery itself was quite a while back and I've been as dedicated as I can to being a law enforcer that I've never paid attention to my criminal life again, I don't have much of a recollection, since I decided to be a law enforcer.
Anyway, I understand the first part, I'll remove the title and although I was a former criminal boss, we changed our agenda and are living as civilians and enforcing the law.
For 3, I completely understand. I know TRU isn't a kitty squad who drink milk all day long, but I have here some points which I believe TRU could benefit from, by adding me to the team.
- I have a will to try and build positive relationships with my colleagues, but even if they didn't have a friendship with me, I would always pay respect to them, ALWAYS listen to them and always help them.
- I have a true passion for law enforcement, and I am willing to be dedicated, to obey my Superior's instructions, to learn all aspects of the TRU, even if I like some parts better than others.
- I probably look like a rank hunter, but I am applying for the low position of Operative and I will WORK my way up, and not make bullshit court cases and agencies
- I will never sugarcoat any statements I make so they aren't outright, but I'll always make sure I say it in a respectful way, so I don't offend anyone.
- I will never try to butter anyone up, so I can easily convince them into going my way, but I'll elaborate why they should, with the Pros and Cons, but if my superior takes every detail into account and denies it, I'm not going to argue. If they forget a detail when deciding, I'll point it out, but in a respectful way and request that they think about it again, but if they make NO their final decision, I'll respect it, whether I agree with it or not.
I also want to state that the Commander, Jack Parker, is one of my best friends, and we both understand each other quite well, and this could work well on the field.
Anyway, I won't sugarcoat my statements, but I'll try not to be disrespectful if this is something you'd like to see.

Well we all knew how that went.
Well, to start with, you stated that I am a rank hunter by applying for multiple departments. I'll elaborate what it was on my side:
I applied for several agencies in order to be accepted and to give activity where possible, I was accepted into VCPD, and I was dedicating as much activity as my timezone allowed me. When I was fired, I stopped for a while, and am now applying here.
What I meant by low rank was, that TRU Operative is the lowest rank in the squad's staff, I didn't say anything else, to shit on your staff. If you took offense to my previous statement, I apologize and hope that my rephrased statement suits you better.
I know I sued you once, but I was just upset then, and I never sued you again after that. I respect all players.
Also, I think you're going a little personal with me over this, Commander Washington. I don't mean to be rude, but it seems that way. I'd like to be given a chance, at the least, because, I believe I can prove myself.
I stopped applying for law enforcement for about a month, I think.,Actually.. about 20 days after your latest FBI denial.
I made a rough estimate, but I was slightly off.I stopped applying for law enforcement for about a month, I think.,Actually.. about 20 days after your latest FBI denial.
As the name Kowalski was taken, I decided to change my name to Steve McQueen.
The application has also been updated.
Regards
Steve McQueen

Please file another application after: 1st of January, 2019. We have been closely monitoring you since the start of your application. You were incapable of answering and convincing the questions and you continued to be immature, atleast in our eyes. Sorry to say, but the first time you can apply once again will be the same as in VCPD, 2019. Please don't sue me. Signed by, Anthony Washington N.O.O.S.E. Commander 29.12.2017 |
