I seek a career in law enforcement, and the NOOSE have a lot of intellectual people who I can look up to, as well as having the opportunity to work in an official team capacity, as well as proving that I am dedicated to law enforcement.

I have an interest in all aspects of the TRU and am willing to learn about all aspects, so I can build my skill. I also have a good understanding of the criminal network, which I can use to the TRUs advantage. I would also like to expand my knowledge with the comprehensive training provided by the NOOSE TRU. I also prefer working in a tactical team, as opposed to an undercover team, because in the tactical team, I have heavy things to handle, and I want to help by doing that, even though I have an interest in CIU as well, I do prefer the TRU. I have extensive criminal knowledge, allowing me to neutralise criminals and intercept their routes during heists, as I have too robbed banks and FBI HQ, so I know some good routes to intercept fugitives. 


16. Explain what team work means to you and why is it important:
Teamwork is a very great thing for me, as more gets done, I can socialise, make friends,  and we can, together stop any crime, as opposed to fighting crime alone, which doesn't always have the best outcome.

My first answer is that I robbed FBI HQ for their criminal records, and I remember a secret escape route in FBI HQ which I shared with Genovese while I was in crime, but I know ways we can setup perimeters around buildings.

In terms of Q2,  there is heavy weaponry and vehicles which I am interested in learning about and handling.

With Q3, I meant that although I would love to be a Detective, I would much rather be in the TRU.

He was a liability to RT, and when I was about to warn him, he resigned because he wanted to be "argonaths biggest don" and RT blacklisted him for his unloyalty. I agreed with the highest authority member, Kirito_1998 that RT would be a civilian family.

Sure, I made a lot of pointless court cases and I know I was denied a lot, which is why I created a new character, Kowalski, to get away from everything John Meeses brought.

I also never said that you were a charity, I meant that these were benefits of being in a team, and socializing with team members is something which can bring a level of understanding between us all, and that can have positive benefits out on the field!

Actually true, but you are clearly missing the point. You are a 'former criminal boss', why the hell should a police / army combination accept a former criminal boss into their department that is still bouncing around liberty city identifying himself as a former criminal boss (personal texts on forums)? I don't care if its judgmental or not, I don't care who Kowalski is, I don't care who Meeses is but I definetly care about the persons in my department. And what do you mean with 'look again for a change'? As I clearly pointed out I do not want immature persons in my department who are known for their reputation, with a changed name or not, we are still living in a game reality (yes, applications to such departments are OOC) and that means I am looking at the person behind a goddamn name. That means you better come up with some real benefits for NOOSE as points why we should accept you and not deny you (and yes former criminal boss, criminal knowledge is bullshit, you know that as good as I do).

I don't know, that robbery itself was quite a while back and I've been as dedicated as I can to being a law enforcer that I've never paid attention to my criminal life again, I don't have much of a recollection, since I decided to be a law enforcer.

• I have a true passion for law enforcement, and I am willing to be dedicated, to obey my Superior's instructions, to learn all aspects of the TRU, even if I like some parts better than others.
• I probably look like a rank hunter, but I am applying for the low position of Operative and I will WORK my way up, and not make bullshit court cases and agencies
• I will never sugarcoat any statements I make so they aren't outright,  but I'll always make sure I say it in a respectful way, so I don't offend anyone.
• I will never try to butter anyone up, so I can easily convince them into going my way, but I'll elaborate why they should, with the Pros and Cons, but if my superior takes every detail into account and denies it, I'm not going to argue. If they forget a detail when deciding, I'll point it out, but in a respectful way and request that they think about it again, but if they make NO their final decision, I'll respect it, whether I agree with it or not.

I also want to state that the Commander, Jack Parker, is one of my best friends, and we both understand each other quite well, and this could work well on the field.

Yes I figured you have a true passion for law enforcement, but the real question is what law enforcement, either LCPD, VCPD, FBI or NOOSE? You say you are willing to be dedicated yet we still have to see some dedication.

What makes you so special for TRU and why should we consider acception of you instead of anybody else?

Why do you think, that NOOSE will accept someone, who changes their mind monthly? What if we accept you and you'll realise "Oh shit, I actually wanna be a detective"?

Why have you chosen NOOSE over FBI? In your application you have stated you'd like to do Tactical Response there too, what made you change your mind again and apply for TRU?

In every application that you have submitted, you stated long speeches about how you changed and how you are seeking an improvement. So far, we only see you changing your mind any time you want and all that over again. I will give you a month to prove yourself, if I hear that you f**ked up, you created a court case, or you behaved wrongfully or superiory to any ranked or unranked officer, your application will be denied.
I want to see how you having a clean sheet for a month and maybe then you'll realize how to behave properly. Remember this is your last application for NOOSE that you can submit, however, the choice is on you, take or let go.
If you get your shit together for a month, then we will think about voting, but for now, if we voted, it would be negative only. So pick yourself up and try to think twice about your actions, as every action has a reaction. And if we'll talk about a bad action, then I promise you, the reaction will be much worse.

For Q1, I can't and won't call myself better than anyone else as that'd be gloating. However, my qualities are that when I'm given a chance, I really dedicate activity, as much as my timezone lets me, which I did in VCPD. I also have an interest in all aspects of the TRU and am willing to go through the comprehensive training provided by the NOOSE TRU. I've also received marks in English which are much higher than my grade needs, on a state-wide basis, so that's a quality which I prize.

For Q2, I knew I always preferred TRU over CIU, even though I like the CIU, I always wanted to join TRU and I'm not just going to change my mind.

In terms of Q3, FBI also have a lot of other operations and tasks and joining TRU would be slightly easier to grasp, as well as the fact that I have more interest in general for TRU.

In terms of this...

I made a rough estimate, but I was slightly off.

Anyway, back to the application.
