I would like to begin by stating that the Recruitment Unit of the San Andreas Police Department feels thankful for your interest in joining the Department. Unfortunately, there seems to be a few inaccuracies resulting in the application being placed on PENDING status for the reason(s) below.

• Fix the "signed" part do not mention officials
• Modify point 14, doesnt has to be within a spoiler.
• Your phone number should be your in-game phone number

Add a screenshot of your /groups in the spoiler of question 18. It is required.
Fix the signature of yours. It contains something which isn't supposed to be there. Read over it and you'll understand what's wrong.

This is what is wrong in your signature. Please remove it and fix it.

You also need to change your application's title to "[tag] firstname_lastname"
