Title: Retirement
Post by: FlameMan on September 21, 2009, 21:25:55 pm
Finally, official and final farewell.
I'm leaving Argonath. Not because of my enemies, but because of myself. It's pointless to stay ingame when I've lost everything I had.
Some of you will remember me as a prick, but I hope there are some people who will remember me as good admin and not bad leader of SAPD and AV.

I was really working hard to improve the quality of SAPD, even though you didn't see it. I was working on reports (you can easily check Investigation Closed board), I was dividing work into different people, such as Thomas and Bianconeri - Applications, I was the one performing all ceremonies and choosing people to promote / award. It wasn't easy especially when it's long list... I was teaching trainers how to do their job properly and so on..

I wasn't only bad guy, but yes - I had some kind of black work. I was active and I was strict about any rulebreakers.. I didn't want to allow any people who are breaking law to lower - already bad view of the SAPD.

I've been Captain for 9 months. I've been in SAPD for nearly 13-14 months.

Maybe some day I will be back to Argonath, who knows.
I want to thank all people who taught me something - and first of them is of course my best friend here - Hank.
He taught me how to work as officer, how to lead people.. We've had same opinion about important matters. I knew that if he will leave, I will be out of Command Staff very soon. Why? Because there are different people and different opinion.
When I tried to keep people in SAPD and avoid mass leave of officers to FBI - it was understood as step made against FBI.. which it wasn't in my opinion...

So, thank you Hank very much.
Thanks to Pancher who forgave me after bad time in my life, to Altair_Carter who was my best partner and to every SAPD Officer.

Good luck SAPD, good luck Officers.

Cya.
And well, thanks for bragging on MSN.
But, you only see the great side of yourself, a form to tell that: "I'm the best guy of SAPD, even if demoted, i'm right"

You are a king that lost your empire, and now, you just comit suicide because you cannot take pression and try to get promoted again.

You can just stand up and try again, but you just wanna resign to tell that you used to be really good and become history.

Making history is not making enemies, making history is changing SAPD in a way that the members be happy with it.

You worked to improve SAPD quality, you did your part, but now, you're useless.

Good bye with your new argonath server.

:ps: Who said i'll be never a captain someday? look at my rank  :hah:

Ah yes, last thing: "Resignation Accepted"

I know it's useless taunt you, but i wanna see you try and fight again, but looks like you don't react.

Seriously, you guys are being assholes to him right now. No matter how good or bad of a job he did, that doesn't mean you should flame the shit out of him. What the hell has happened to you guys...

@Flameman: I will miss you man. I know the reasons why some did not like you, and I will not say either way whether they were correct or not, but I will say you had some great moments. Without you, I never would have made it to where I am today, and for that, I greatly thank you. I understand if you wish to take a break for obvious reasons, but please don't leave forever... :cop:

Huh, what? Flameman is leaving?
How come there is nobody to stop him? Last time I was into cop roleplay, Flame, you were so attracted to ARPD, you were trying to hard and you were doing your job just fine. You have achieved a high rank (captain) and this shows that your good work has and will be appreciated.

It's sad to see you .. giving up and letting it go. It would be more interesting, if you'd stay here, fight and try to achieve your goal, whether it is a change (for good ofcourse) in SAPD, a higher rank or something else... I have personally always enjoyed the moments in which we have roleplayed together and I hope that we could encounter in-game some time, if you change your mind and stay...

Signed, officer Abbott :)

Now please, this is a goodbye topic, we shouldnt be the ones to tell Flame what is really like. We do not encourage him to leave, but some things made us realise that in certain ways he cannot cope with being a real leader with responsibillities. That doesnt mean he is a prick in any way. And doesnt mean he did noany good. Instead he did alot.
But the fact that he is leaving after his demoting, only makes the demotion justified... and correct.

Thats all i want to say...

FlameMan

Since i very-firstly met you back at JULY 2008 (f**k this time, going soo fast...). You were just a newbie, knew really nothing about SAMP, tried to get over with and always was desperate at all your fails. I still remember our conversation at the pier... How you thought that your career at SAPD is over, how you were about to resign yourself for being an idiot....After what i listened, and after what i've been through with You, i gripped you and holded tight, with hope not to leave, ever. You promised you'll do your best for whole SAPD, and on the next day you became an Officer.

Prelude is over.

I still can't think how some officers in here are so jealous about him that try to make up bad facts and tell others how bad FlameMan it is.

As i said in the other topic with Bian, khm khm
Quote
"People will always forget about hell of a lot of your good things you made, and will always keep close to heart what bad thing you've done for once..."
Maybe FlameMan did something wrong, without discussion or anything, for once. BUT NONE OF YOU EVER REMEMBERED What he had done in past, what he made up what ARPD is like today, what he made up for the Academy...

It's sad, too sad to see you leaving ARPD, as you told that you're here forever......Sigh. But, everything has it's logical end, but i didn't expected to be like this.

Good luck Flame, good luck again partner, there will always be a place for you in my heart. I will never forget you, no matter how much we'll argue or if we'll be as enemies some day.

I hope there will be a day, when you'll finally return, to the place your personalisation had born.

This has came by the time, your service of 9 months covered with selfish career.
that means: "my decision, the golden decision."
I used to like you, but when i discovered who you really are, i indeed, lost the trust of you.
You can get this back, but you don't even want to move a frigging finger, you just want to say words, words and words.

You're just screaming over a 1/3 of cup of milk that spilt, you just want to throw that cup away, that sounds scandalous, isn't it?

You know when you permanently kicked me? i did not lost my hopes, i tried get it back, and i got it back.
Everyday, i tried, i tried, and i got.

Nice topic there, Flameman...
Well, I was about to talk with you about you, but due to your "traditional gossiping" I decided to put it here...
And even though I am not the one who is tired of your "washing others' clothes" behind their backs, I still have all rights to answer...

First of all I am tired of your hobby to discuss others behind their backs... You seem like the guy who thinks he is the greatest guy in teh World... With the same time you are greedy as hell... Every time you do something for people - you put it in a "wallet", which you will wave later and remind about it even after years...
It is like making the "List of My Good Things"... Which people put into noses of those with whom they got problems...
Some hidden form of "Ima God"...

Even in public topic you openly announce that will shit Pancher behind his back... You at once invited everyone who wants to know the story from YOUR position... Of cos it will be better without listening to the position of Pancher... But even with both positions it is zomg shitty to invite publicly people for listening your shit about other guy... Why shitting? What else? Your tone in topic says it all...

Now about your likes to attract attention...
First you wrote you are out and even announced that the problem is in Pancher...
Then you announced that probably you will be back...
And after that you announced that you leave for good permanently...

That is not a leaving topic... That is a f**king try to manipulate with people... Right what you were always doing...

Flameman,
You think you are perfect? No you are not... None is perfect, even Gandalf...
You think that for every your action people should carry you on their hands? No, they are not... Doing good things is a one of the sides of life, and does not need to be awarded every time...
You think you were the best admin of Argonath? No, you were not... You were one of those who got most complaints on... And was warned by me several times...

My suggestion to you: stop thinking you are teh best on Argonath, stop thinking that every your action is positive, stop moaning, and stop gossiping about others... The world is not turning around you only... And you are not on the golden middle level even... For that you need to stop thinking that all you do - is a zomg correct action...

Sorry to post here... But I did not like this circus with the cheating of people's attitude and this announcements in a style "who wants to hear a shit about Pancher - contact me on MSN"... Do not think all peole like scandals and besides it do not think that making scandals will make you popular... The one which you can get for sure - the title "scandalous like girl".

I think you have never really paid attention to these words... I guess you prefer to hide them from the majority instead.
Title: Re: Retirement
Post by: FlameMan on September 23, 2009, 22:53:34 pm
I regret many of my actions on Argonath. I did many wrong things, few even in SAPD. I am not perfect, but I think I did enough to be respected.. not being the one who is being shitted on..

I did pay attention to these words, but you did not pay attention to my answer. I answered many times to public, that I had hard moments in real life back that time. I apologized many times as well.

You think you are right, you think you are important enough that you can get routine lead you. You are wRONg.

That's all I wanted to say in that subject.

I am not perfect, but I think I did enough to be respected..

Oh, so NOW you think that you're not perfect? Hmm, I think I'm beginning to miss the old 'I'm so f**king perfect and you're not' version of FlameMan already.

Oh, and to add: You might have done enough to be respected; but you f**ked up so hard, you lost it all. Good f**king job, I bet you're proud of yourself.

I am terribly sorry for the off-topic and my sincere apologize to Pancher for my comment, just cannot help it.

Cane, get a life now, will you?
Stop telling everybody how they failed and what they did, look at your own bowl first and then look at others'. You screwed up twice as hard as him, as a player, as a cop and as an administrator, then you left with a lot of bullshit behind your back and returned asking for forgivness.
Now what is this, the good old "I FLAME YOU ALL" Cane? You provoke players with your aggressive and unneeded comments and then wonder why they reply in such way?

Don't be so immature, you can do more...

:ps: Once again, sorry for this comment, you can remove it if you find neccessary. Flame, I pay my respects to you and what you have done...

Why do you start about the reason why Jay left?

You dont even know sh*t about why Hank resigned, he didnt leave btw.

If its all so damn bad as you tell youself, please. Just go then. You stated your point clearly some posts before, dont you think we know how our SAPD is standing atm. We dont need an ex-captain to intentionally shatter the SAPD staff.
I think, if Jay and Hank are unhappy about the things going on, they certainly will contact either a chief or even me.

Im dissappointed in you, and i don't want to hear any gibberish of you anymore. Farewell.

PS: Cane, GTFO of this topic you dont bring any facts here, start looking at yourself for a second you will see the same failure.

Seriously though guys...it's not worth arguing over. Flameman, I'm not trying to be an asshole or anything, but the discussion of Jay is slightly off-topic, and I'd recommend PM'ing for that. I do see how it relates to your leaving, but these issues are controversial and I don't think it's the right time for them right now, atleast until things calm down.
