Retirement
« on: September 21, 2009, 21:25:55 pm »
Finally, official and final farewell.
I'm leaving Argonath. Not because of my enemies, but because of myself. It's pointless to stay ingame when I've lost everything I had.
Some of you will remember me as a prick, but I hope there are some people who will remember me as good admin and not bad leader of SAPD and AV.

I was really working hard to improve the quality of SAPD, even though you didn't see it. I was working on reports (you can easily check Investigation Closed board), I was dividing work into different people, such as Thomas and Bianconeri - Applications, I was the one performing all ceremonies and choosing people to promote / award. It wasn't easy especially when it's long list... I was teaching trainers how to do their job properly and so on..

I wasn't only bad guy, but yes - I had some kind of black work. I was active and I was strict about any rulebreakers.. I didn't want to allow any people who are breaking law to lower - already bad view of the SAPD.

I've been Captain for 9 months. I've been in SAPD for nearly 13-14 months.

Maybe some day I will be back to Argonath, who knows.
I want to thank all people who taught me something - and first of them is of course my best friend here - Hank.
He taught me how to work as officer, how to lead people.. We've had same opinion about important matters. I knew that if he will leave, I will be out of Command Staff very soon. Why? Because there are different people and different opinion.
When I tried to keep people in SAPD and avoid mass leave of officers to FBI - it was understood as step made against FBI.. which it wasn't in my opinion...

So, thank you Hank very much.
Thanks to Pancher who forgave me after bad time in my life, to Altair_Carter who was my best partner and to every SAPD Officer.

Good luck SAPD, good luck Officers.

Cya.
And well, thanks for bragging on MSN.
But, you only see the great side of yourself, a form to tell that: "I'm the best guy of SAPD, even if demoted, i'm right"

You are a king that lost your empire, and now, you just comit suicide because you cannot take pression and try to get promoted again.

You can just stand up and try again, but you just wanna resign to tell that you used to be really good and become history.

Making history is not making enemies, making history is changing SAPD in a way that the members be happy with it.

You worked to improve SAPD quality, you did your part, but now, you're useless.

Good bye with your new argonath server.

:ps: Who said i'll be never a captain someday? look at my rankĀ  :hah:

Ah yes, last thing: "Resignation Accepted"

I know it's useless taunt you, but i wanna see you try and fight again, but looks like you don't react.

Seriously, you guys are being assholes to him right now. No matter how good or bad of a job he did, that doesn't mean you should flame the shit out of him. What the hell has happened to you guys...

@Flameman: I will miss you man. I know the reasons why some did not like you, and I will not say either way whether they were correct or not, but I will say you had some great moments. Without you, I never would have made it to where I am today, and for that, I greatly thank you. I understand if you wish to take a break for obvious reasons, but please don't leave forever... :cop:

Huh, what? Flameman is leaving?
How come there is nobody to stop him? Last time I was into cop roleplay, Flame, you were so attracted to ARPD, you were trying to hard and you were doing your job just fine. You have achieved a high rank (captain) and this shows that your good work has and will be appreciated.

It's sad to see you .. giving up and letting it go. It would be more interesting, if you'd stay here, fight and try to achieve your goal, whether it is a change (for good ofcourse) in SAPD, a higher rank or something else... I have personally always enjoyed the moments in which we have roleplayed together and I hope that we could encounter in-game some time, if you change your mind and stay...

Signed, officer Abbott :)
Name: Abbott, Jonathan.
Age: 23 (twenty-three).
Current employment: Argonath RPG Police Department - Senior Officer.
Status: Awaiting transfer to department.
Goal: To serve and protect!

Now please, this is a goodbye topic, we shouldnt be the ones to tell Flame what is really like. We do not encourage him to leave, but some things made us realise that in certain ways he cannot cope with being a real leader with responsibillities. That doesnt mean he is a prick in any way. And doesnt mean he did noany good. Instead he did alot.
But the fact that he is leaving after his demoting, only makes the demotion justified... and correct.

Thats all i want to say...

Thanks Car :)
