Title: How i be a cop with civilian skin ?

To gain this opportunity you need to be in the force (SAPD) for a long period, and are trustable in all kind of ways ( not saying your not trustable ).

Post by: RockStracci on November 26, 2009, 16:29:26 pm: FBI Mainly uses Civilian Skins, except when we do use the official FBI Jacket, we are not allowed to go undercover while using it..

As for the SAPD, Senior Officers or Sergeants (just not sure of which is the correct) have the Undercover rights by the rank, and there are some exceptions for ranks of cadet/officer, where they do get the Undercover rights for group undercover operations or such..

No it's not always FBI , and also i seen freecops have a civilian skin while on duty i think they /load skin 1-3 or something , to get it you have to be inside your house, but i don't really know.

BTW: I think this is still not allowed.

Yes. How do you think I used to patrol with the Security Guard skin before it was introduced as a selectable skin? :D
