How i be a cop with civilian skin ?

I see lot of cicivilians have blue name with civilian skin , how i do it ?

They are FBI. You can only be one by going here And making an application.

It's not always FBI, some officers have Undercover rights.

Either FBI or Undercover SAPD.
To gain this opportunity you need to be in the force (SAPD) for a long period, and are trustable in all kind of ways ( not saying your not trustable ).

I think he means Freecop/Cadet whit civilian skin iv'e saw it alot of times it's a bug i think :/

Actually they go to a store and buy clothes on duty but I thought this is not allowed.

FBI Mainly uses Civilian Skins, except when we do use the official FBI Jacket, we are not allowed to go undercover while using it..

As for the SAPD, Senior Officers or Sergeants (just not sure of which is the correct) have the Undercover rights by the rank, and there are some exceptions for ranks of cadet/officer, where they do get the Undercover rights for group undercover operations or such..

No it's not always FBI , and also i seen freecops have a civilian skin while on duty i think they /load skin 1-3 or something , to get it you have to be inside your house, but i don't really know.

BTW: I think this is still not allowed.

Cops shouldn't be able to load skins from their homes while on duty nor buy them from a clothes shop... If this is possible its a script bug.
