Extract the "-SAMI-" folder to somewhere such as your desktop, then open up SAMI, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK "FOLDER" instead of ".RAR", then click browse and select the newly extracted "-SAMI-" file.

I got it installed with img tools 2.0 or something like that
