SAMI is not a good program to use for skins. I use IMGTOOL2 for skins. I leave SAMI for car mods.

I actually got help from someone and got it fixed. Extract the "-SAMI-" folder to somewhere such as your desktop, then open up SAMI, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK "FOLDER" instead of ".RAR", then click browse and select the newly extracted "-SAMI-" file.
