I forget to change name under a kidnapping. And now am I not allow to use ARPD skins. It isn't fair. A person would get more chances. This is so unfair.

Due to some information,you do not stay in your juristiction MrsSvensson.Today i saw you staying both in SF and LS,while on duty,infact,i only didnt saw you in DPD :(

I believe ARPD is changing. Reapply when there is a new leader pehaps?
