Your graphic card might messed up
Or maybe your GTA SA, reinstall might fix
Try delete GTA SA User Files as well
Or the Car Mod you have

ok i will but when i am not in car i press button and my screen gets wild my grapic 800x600 should i make it bigger or

go to camhack's "control settings" and try "default FOV and aspect ratio" if you have same one as me
