I was at the scene of this.

SATP pulled over Gus Hansen, Josh White was one of the cops involved.
He was driving on the wrong side of the road, driving on the sidewalk = reckless driving

We pulled him over, we told him to stop his engine, Please enjoy Gus his answer:

Well, if he refuses to RP , We decided to suspect him, he surrendered.
We jailed him immiudatly. He thinks that the /me command is gay, why should we put more efford in him to do /me brings him to the cells etc etc. We prefer to do /jail then

So you are clearly saying you guys suspected me because i refused to RP. And im not talking about "/me brings to cell", I said "lets go to lspd to get my unsuspection" wich ONLY means i wanted to be investigated. And you guys made me enter by the backdoor and jailed me right away to avoid it.

When someone breaks the law they enter an RP regardless, if you want to commit a crime and avoid the RP it does not void the crime.
