It were announced that each Police Departement will have their own SWAT Team squad.

Ben Samiir of SRU will lead LSPD SWAT
Hudson of USM will lead LVPD SWAT
Dave of SILVER will lead SFPD SWAT
Dillimore SWAT Members will provide assistance to Department SWAT teams if they're low on operatives. (Thanks EliteTerm, forgot about DPD)

Please if I am wrong in something or missing some details, please inform me so I can add them.
