about what happend yesterday about kidnaping sir vecnet_vice, i see that the gangs become more powerful then cops, the cops become a very weak.
.first:cop need more weapons to protect himself
second:free cops and cadets need more trains
third:ARPD need more cadets and free cops too secure the woods

First : if you are sorrounded by 3-4 people you have no choice than go with them even if you are superman or armed with nuclear missile .
Second : We have already FBI trained on this situation
Third :Check the SAPD list of members you will se that we have enough Officers and Cadets , and Chiefs recruits more every while .

ya, you just have to know what to do and listen to higher authoritys and make sure you dont endanger the hostage because the kidnappers are usually armed and know what they are doing. Actually though if you didnt go in there and get his health down a little it would have been a bit more hard for the FBI to stop him but remember, dont endanger the hostage.
