To all those who use this mod, here's the fixed 9.0 version:

Disappearing Car bug fixed!!
Dual Siren mode added - option to allow GTA siren at same time (requested)

I had the same problem with ELM V9, always crashing when i join the game. but i fixed it.

Solution:

*Remove your old files inside the "CLEO" folder (do not delete the CLEO folder itself)
*Make sure you install the Cleo 4 in a folder called "CLEO" (other names wount work)
*Once Cleo is installed, just install ELM and it should work.
*Also make sure before you install the file, you right click it and "run it as administrator"

You need CLEO4, not CLEO3, which older versions previously used.
