Chiefs now run the SAPD together and are not assigned as Leaders to a Department/City.
Captains are now Leaders of the Police Departments and have authority over a Precinct/City.
Corporals are assigned the Rank having passed SWAT Training. There are Corporals in each City.
Officers are regular members and have basic Patrol Duties. Senior Officer is replaced by Corporal.

Tell me what you think of this idea and contribute your own if you think it needs improving.
