Hey guys. I found another AWESOME mod. I think Vice911 is Hank Rafferty.

I love it :P.. If it's made by you Hank , you should make all LVPD , LSPD skins like that. It's pure awesomeness.

Yes it is from Hank, Originally made for Las Venturas Highway Patrol (LVHP)
