A crime, or a free reason to suspect?


How I see real aiding: A person helping in crime, aiding onto what the person already did.

Real definition: having help; often used as a combining form

However, if anyone's in a car with a suspect, they're generally suspected instantly for aiding. This is usually not even the case. So, my input is only /su for aiding when they're really aiding.



inb4 someone says "What if we think they're aiding" Interrogate them.

If you think about it, most of the time (not alway) they are aiding them and we can't take the risk to not have them suspected. Although that is at times an unfair presumption, we are just taking all the necessary risks I guess. As they say, you ain't guilty? First chance to /gu, do it.

What I try doing is warning the passenger to jump out, hands out of windows. Anything that makes them innocent.
